*Kitchen: High-end and fully equipped (oven, microwave, SodaStream, dishwasher,...).
*Bathroom: modern and refined walk-in shower.
*Washing machine and drying rack.
*Wifi connection (fibre) and TV.
*Terrace equipped for your outdoor dining.
*Communal swimming pool of the residence (12x6m)

*Beach: Direct access to the cycle path at the foot of the house (15 min walk / 7 min bike).
*Sport: Tennis at 300m, Golf at 800m, Lake at 5km and equestrian centre at 15km.
