This apartment is a Semi-detached one bedroom.
Kitchen and living room are on the first floor and bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Walls are shared with the attic and storage/laundry room, great private location.

The Rose Room is across the street from 38 acre Lents Park (with an astro turf, running trail, Pickles baseball stadium, playground, basketball courts, picnic area, and community garden).
* 7 min. Walk to the Max Green Line and 2 min. walk to a bus stop (Bus 17).
* 8 min. Walk to Eastport Plaza - Groceries, 2 Food Cart Pods, Restaurants, Movie Theater, Starbucks, etc.

The Rose Room is located near the Jade district and a perfect place for foodies! Our favorite nearby eateries include: Eastport food cart pod (25 carts), Core Food Pod (11 carts), Flipside Brewery and Food carts, Miss Saigon, Best Baguette, Humdinger Pizza, El Pato Feliz, Zoiglhaus Brewery, HK Cafe, Tokyo-ya Ramen and Chungdam Korean Fusion.

Our VRBO has a cozy speakeasy pub vibe and is filled with historic photos of Portland and is the perfect place to Netflix and chill with your favorite cocktail. There is a couch and bar downstairs with a Queen beds upstairs and office desk. An additional single bed is available upon request.

The kitchen:
Microwave, toaster, refrigerator and stove/oven, Starbucks coffee and coffee pot, cutlery, dinnerware, air fryer, instapot/rice cooker, bullet blender and cookware.

The bathroom has a nook, storing cleaning products, a vacuum, iron, ironing board, laundry soap, toiletries, and extra toilet paper.

Towels and bedding are provided. The queen bed is memory foam with the twin a pillow top mattress.
Wifi is included.
There is a flat screen with Netflix in the living room and an extra screen in the bedroom for working from home.
Book Library, games, Travel magazines are available.
Clients have access to the laundry room and a covered front porch with Keyless entry.
The property has a rose and tulip garden, kiwi plants, apple trees, grapes, and berries.
Its located on a dead-end street with lots of Street Parking.

The Rose Room also has access to a shared exercise space. Gym equipment includes:
an elliptical, yoga mats, yoga block, exercise resistance bands, jump ropes, and free weights: 1lb, 3lbs, 5lbs, 10lbs and a 6lbs weighted med ball.
