and Washer/ Dryer.
There is a parking permit fee of $75.
You will need to apply for the permit. Let me know if you have questions.
A parking permit allows you to park on the street, however, parking can be very limited.

If you rent for 30 days there is a $465 tax charged by the city of Portland.
If you rent for 31 days, there is no tax.

I didnot shop in the area. I was near a hospital. The steps to the location did not have any railings. I had to be very careful while walking up the steps. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The hostess was very kind and answered all concerns that I had during my stay.
