Outstanding property location! Three minute stroll through the Shady Oak Trees to the Beach. One Minute to the town square with Great shopping and Delicious Restaurants.Absolutely one of the Best Management companies we have had the privilege to do business with on 30A. Great property in hat is beautiful and fully equipped. Plenty of sleeping for large groups, easy access to beach with beach supplies provided. Great access to the heart of Rosemary but this also increases noise as house backs up to commercial businesses. Not a huge drawback and would book this property again.

This home was well equipped with everything we needed and more! The layout was perfect for family meals and game nights. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee in the mornings, lounging by the pool and the fireplace in the evenings. The location is exceptional. The short walk to the beach made it easy to take the baby and toddler back to the house for naps. We found shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk from the house. Every inquiry was answered promptly and courteously. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

House was updated and had all the things we needed. The property managers were very responsive. We especially loved the heated pool and the location close to everything. The beds were very comfortable.

Family vacation

Sweetgrass Cottage is a large beautiful home located steps from Rosemary Beach. The home is in the ideal location for shopping and dining, It is outfitted with everything you need to have a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The private pool is a wonderful bonus and our teens loved it. The property managers are kind, quick to respond and very helpful. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning soon!

Beautiful home perfect location

Our whole family has stayed in Rosemary 2 dozen times over the past decade and this was our favorite house! The location was ideal. It was fully stocked with everything we needed for the pool, the beach, and the kitchen. We had all of our adult children plus two small grandchildren and we had more than enough space and hang out spots in this clean and comfortable home! Highly recommend!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An absolutely beautiful home with tons of space, a beautiful pool, and working a short walk to everything you could want to do. Great family vacation!

This house is beautiful! Great location and has everything you could need! The manager was amazing at communicating when we had any issues. Only thing was the cleaning crew left cleaning supplies out and the glass on the doors didn’t appear to have been cleaned. We had no complaints and would stay here again. Only thing to be aware of, the pool is awesome but the balcony from another home sits over it and the people staying there (at least while we were there) wanted to chat and hang out. They were very nice but we really would have preferred a bit more privacy.

Thanks so much for staying. Windows are cleaned twice a year and spot cleaned regularly. Staff is happy to tend to any issues that crop up during visits. Rosemary Beach homes are by design close. We've almost never seen anyone on the neighbor's very small pop-out garage balcony. That area is separated by a rarely used pedestrian walkway & setback, between our pool fence and their garage. A 20-foot tall podocarpus hedge surrounds a good part of the pool. Thanks for feedback!

Five Star Weekend

The house was the perfect setting for our 4th annual girls' trip to Rosemary Beach. The house is just steps from the shops, restaurants, and beach. This spacious home provided ample room for our group 5 to relax and enjoy our time together. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals quickly, and the open floor plan made it easy to hang out as a group. Highlights included the private pool, shaded porches, and easy access to the beautiful Rosemary Beach. We had an exceptional trip and highly recommend this rental for future visits. This home is first-class!!!
