This spacious 68 m² apartment, 5 min to the heart of the old town, with a very well equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and clean*clean bedding offers you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay with your family and friends up to four people. Also, ideal for a family with two children.

There are 2 bedrooms (one double bed:160*200cm, two single beds:90x200cm ) - each > 9 m², 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and a toilet, and another bathroom with a toilet and a sink.
Essentials such as toilet paper, clean bedsheets, bath soap, and towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, waffle maker, etc.
There are games and books for children.
For small children, there is a travel cot with an extra mattress and a bathroom step.
High-speed internet access. TV.
High chair for small babies at the table.
Self-check-in. At the apartment door (outside) there is a camera installed
"Bonus": We have a few bikes available including baby seats and we communicate with you in advance. However, it will be difficult for us to provide a quick solution in case of a technical problem. Thank you for your understanding.

Carrefour city - 2 minutes distance. Boulangerie - in the same building.
Public parking houses nearby - Parking Chevene, Parking Saint Claire, and Parking Post in 5 - 6 minutes walking distance, average price 20€/day. Recommend Parking Chevene.
Paid parking areas on the streets around the apartment; red zone (2€/1h, max 2h15 ) and green zone (1€/1h, max 7h) from 9:00 to 12:00, from 14:00 to 19:00, from Monday to Saturday.
In both zones, parking is free of charge from 19:00 to 9:00 the next morning.
If you want to park for free during the day:
9 min walk from the apartment, on the "Faubourg des Balmettes" will be the best.

Following internet maps, 5 minutes walk to the core of the old town and 15 minutes walk to have your feet in the lake water at the end of the Paquier.
There is no private parking offered which will cost you about 20 euro/day in a covered parking house.

Top host and great apartment

Pierre is a wonderful host who, with his great attention to detail, will make your stay even better. The apartment was beautifully clean and well appointed. Helpful signs were dotted everywhere, making the practicalities very easy to manage. It is situated a 10 min stroll from the heart of the Old Town. Pierre provided a fantastically detailed map for parking and great insights for what you might want to do. We were so well looked after.
