This vrbo was a great experience lots of room and nice size beds. The host was a great communicator. We didn't need the parking but it semed nice The apartment is well located.

Perfect for everyone

Laurence’s apartment is beautifully designed and furnished— she has everything you need. The apt is close to the gare for train travelers, ir private parking for those with a car. Market close by. Laurence was responsive to our needs. We appreciated the info provided. If we visit Annecy again we’ll definitely want to stay there

Nous avons séjour 3 jours / 3 jours pour profiter des animations de Noël d’Annecy et de ses alentours. L’appartement est bien pensé. L’emplacement est très bien placé, à proximité du centre ville et peu bruyant puisqu’il ne donne pas directement sur la rue. Le système de ménage « laisser l’appartement comme vous l’avez trouvé » fonctionne bien puisque nous l’avons laissé comme à notre arrivée : propre. Le stationnement privé est un plus appréciable compte tenu de la rareté des places en périodes de fêtes.

Appartement très accessible place de parking idéale.Laurence a été très réceptive pour un problème de wifi.On peut tout visiter à pied: la vieille ville, le lac...Une très belle ville avec de bons restaurants et beaucoup de balades. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Sehr gute Lage, alles top, ausser....

Perfekt gelegen, sehr praktisch mit dem Parkplatz, wenige Gehminuten von der Altsatdt und dem See entfernt. Velos gleich unten im Haus mieten, viel günstiger als in der Stadt. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: das unbequeme, billige und unkofortable Bett. Sonst top renoviert, aber das Bett und die Bettwaren sind alles andere als top.

L appartement est très sympa très bien équipé malgré une literie qui demande a être rénovée car le sommier grince au moindre mouvement .l appartement est très bien situé car on peut tout faire à pied même si l environnement reste un environnement de gare avec la population qui va avec .place de parking très pratique .le quartier reste très bruyant avec vendeur de scooter sous l appartement qui fait ronronner ses deux roues a pas d heures .
