The awesome five bedroom six bath villa takes one’s breath away the minute you step through the front door. Nothing but unobstructed bright blue pacific views throughout! As many of the villas are built into the side of Pedregal( The Rock ), this charming development is known worldwide for its incredible grand villas, it’s amazing views and it’s prestige.
Every room has a WiFi extender in them and the terrace area has Bose speakers that connect to a Sonos system. Daily housekeeping is included in your rental for most days

Upon entry, the main level has a large open floor plan allowing all to enjoy entertaining and socializing together. The living room dining room and kitchen are all united enhanced with nothing but windows and large glass doors giving multiple access to the incredible outdoor spaces and views.

Your granite and stainless steel kitchen is well stocked for those mornings and evenings for ones wishing to enjoy special moments at home! The setting bar for four and the dining room table for 10 provides ample space for indoors for all to enjoy dining together.

There is a large outdoor Palapa with a sitting area for eight and a sofa sitting area as well. This has the most amazing views to watch the sunset with a glass of wine and reminisce over the day in Cabo San Lucas .

All bedrooms are en suites offering the ultimate and privacy, while still enjoying traveling in the company of many! Two of the spacious bedroom and suites also include an outdoor shower. Each room has amazing ocean views. And they all have their own private beautiful balcony, again all with those amazing views of the Pacific Ocean. Imagine waking up each morning with the sounds of the Pacific ocean. Incredible!

There are king beds in all five bed rooms and there are three outdoor showers in the upper bedrooms.

Certain times of the year the mosquitoes are more prevalent than others. If you leave you room doors open during the day you might get mosquitos in your room. They are very small.
Please keep your room doors closed if you don’t want mosquitoes.
The property is sprayed often to help prevent them, but with outdoor living comes outdoor environment!

We have gardeners and pool maintenance on Monday and Friday between 10 and 12.

There are also exterior security cameras, some are from Pedregal but we have two on the property . Both exterior cameras are for safety of guest. They light up walk areas, and monitor the home when it is vacant. Absolutely no interior cameras.

We purchased this home from an elderly couple who lived in the home for 20 years. They were very supportive of animal rescue here in Cabo. The had adopted 2 feral cats. They had them sterilized and fed them twice a day. She begged us to continue to care for them. There is food in the cupboard. They do not come around everyday . If you would like to feed them you may. They are feral and do not like to be around people much.
