This beautiful large house offers 6 bedrooms with 1 king bed+5 queen bed+1 twin bed, 2 full baths, 2 living rooms, a bonus room and spacious kitchen, perfect for big group, comfortable stay for up to 14 peoples. The house has spacious kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances, biggest size refrigerators, 75 inches smart TV and 2 other 60" TV. Come sit and lounge on our comfy couches and sofa in our 2 living rooms with 2 fireplaces. All our bedrooms were supplied with brand new mattresses. Step out and relax at our huge backyard with shady outdoor sitting area and a cover patio with outdoor dining table and chairs. The house is centrally located near freeway and lots of shopping center. 9 miles to downtown Sacramento. 20 miles to SMF Sacramento International Airport.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Spacious house with plenty of room for our large group. In a quieter part of town with no traffic. Our only complaint was there were food wrappers in the pull out couch (that did NOT come from our group) and we had to wash some of the dishes prior to using. Otherwise a fine stay!

The house was bigger than we thought. 3 bedrooms on one side 3 on the other. We didnt do much other than sleep there and it was great for that.

Needs updating

This is an ok place for a quick stay but needs some updates. Microwave was very finicky, stove never got hot enough to bowl water, heater on one side of house did not work. There was other things but these were pretty top on the list. Hopefully they will be able to get some things updated to better suite the next family who stays here.

Family wedding

9 of us used the house to stay when we were attending a family wedding. Not easy to find a place for 5 couples to stay together. It was nice to have all the siblings stay in one place allowing more visiting and easy wind down time. Cost effective option
