With 80 feet of waterfront on Lake Austin, a stunning inground pool, hot tub, expansive deck, two-level dock designed for both relaxation and boat storage, boat lift is available for use (for an extra fee), two kayaks, two paddle boards, a lilypad, and a spacious shaded lawn adorned by beautiful, giant trees, your group will have everything they need to immerse themselves in lake life. Once a booking is made, Walker Luxury Vacation Rentals will reach out directly. All guests are required to fill out our Guest Agreement and agree to the terms, conditions, and rules of the agreement.



This is a residential home in a quiet neighborhood, and we take keeping our neighbors happy very seriously. No parties, loud music, or rowdy groups—this is not the house for that. Violations of house rules will result in immediate eviction and hefty fines. Please book responsibly and respectfully.



Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM.



Cancel within 24 hours of booking free of penalty!



HOUSE RULE: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.



HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No bachelor parties. No smoking anywhere on the premises.



The boat lift is NOT included in the rental. If you’d like to use it, there is a $300 per day fee, as the owner must secure an additional slip for their boat. Availability is limited and must be arranged in advance. Please contact WLVR with your dates and boat details to inquire.

Great spot great communication

Awesome house for getting a group of friends together. Top notch communication any questions were answered promptly and the house was very clean. Great location for a trip to the lake. Highly recommended for a weekend of boating on a great lake.

The house itself was ok. Lots of room and a decent location. The probblem is that it was not clean. Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Gross garage. Landscaper showed up early and was there for 8 hours! Outside furniture was gross. When we asked about coffee we were told to instacart? Buyer beware….

During your stay, we did not receive any communication regarding cleanliness concerns, the garage, outdoor furniture, or landscaping activity. Our team is available throughout every stay, and guests typically reach out immediately if there is an issue—especially for items as significant as those mentioned—so we can resolve them right away. Unfortunately, without being notified, we were not given the opportunity to address or correct anything during your visit. Regarding coffee, our team offered Instacart as a convenient option when asked. We value transparency and encourage future guests to contact us promptly with any concerns so we can ensure a five-star experience.
