Montauk House with Pool
Welcome to Montauk! Our sun filled house is just half a mile from the beach and town. Hit the beach or stay on the property and lounge by the 20'x40' pool or relax in the hammock. The house has the best of both worlds since it feels like being in the mountains but with the beautiful beaches of Montauk just minutes away. When the wind is blowing the right direction you can hear the waves from the house. Please inquire about stays shorter than 7 days.

Newly renovated pool and deck.
We have two separate master suites as well as two more bedrooms that share a bathroom. This makes the house perfect for two families to spend time together in Montauk.
The main level of the house is an open concept which is great for a family or group of friends to enjoy each others' company. It flows out to a spacious deck with views of the pool, yard, and ocean. The deck also has a Weber gas grill and dining table as well as lounge chairs. The property is very private with lots of trees and landscaping. There is a pool/ping pong table for indoor fun.
Guest access
There is no guest access to the garage.
The driveway has space for 4 parked cars.
Other things to note
**Families only**
*No share houses or groups - strictly enforced-
a “group” consists of numerous people that do not normally live in the same home together- including groups of “cousins”.
We live in this house so there will be some of our personal belongings in the house but ample room is available for guest's items.
