Enjoy family games on the outdoor ping pong/chess board, visit the multi purpose sport court for basketball, pickel ball, volleyball or badminton, play a round of mini putt putt or battle it out playing shuffleboard or bocce ball! After a day full of fun and games relax in a pavilion overlooking the marina while cooking way on the BBQ grill.
For the water lovers enjoy kayaking, fishing or just sitting on the dock watching a beautiful sunset!
This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath will offer plenty of space for the entire family! Enjoy a Key West style complete with fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop and sit up bar, spacious dining and living area with entertainment center and private balcony walkout. Washer and dryer within the unit.
