Lazy Daze is a spacious renovated beach home with many amenities and wonderful views.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large living room area, a bright spacious dining room and well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and full size appliances. The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached bathroom with walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. There are 2 sleeper chairs for the young guests. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The main living area has an open floor plan. The kitchen has many pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, serving pieces and small appliances such as crock pot, mixer, food processor, waffle iron, popcorn maker, griddle and more. There is both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The house is well-maintained with many amenities. To enjoy the view, there are large windows in each room to let in ample light as well as the fabulous views.

Lazy Daze has 4 smart TVs, blue ray DVD and high speed streaming. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. The multi-plex arcade game will keep everyone entertained for hours! Lazy Daze features a private inground swimming pool with plenty of comfortable seating around the pool. In the game room under the house there is a hot tub, pool table, foosball table, hammock, a hot and cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning sink, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels and more! The back yard is fenced in with access to both decks and game room.


There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy a meal al fresco or relax while enjoying the views of the Gulf. Just cross the street and you are on one of the world's most beautiful beaches. There is a beach access right across from the house or a public boardwalk 3 houses down. The house is on 1/3 acre with an empty lot next to it offering you plenty of space and privacy!

Lazy Daze is an amazing vacation location for you and your family. Swim with the dolphins, fish, or just recline on the white, sugary sand. When you're done with the beach, enjoy the outdoor hot/cold shower and prepare the day's catch on the park-style charcoal grill. Then enjoy a dip in the private pool, a soak in the hot tub or one of 50 video games!

At night, enjoy a show from the deck as you watch the stars as they light up the sky!

We are pet friendly! Up to 2 any-size dogs (no other types of pets please) can stay at the house at a time (pet stay will apply – 15% of all pay stays are donated to the Franklin County Humane Society). We provide a large indoor dog crate for your four-legged family members! The fenced yard is perfect for dogs. It has access from the decks (and the decks have gates as well). Please bring covers if your dog sits on furniture.

Our guests receive discounts on golf cart, kayak, paddle board etc. rentals - depending on availability and season. Plus, for guests staying up to 21 days, we provide a credit from VayK Gear!

We offer competitive rates. Our calendars are up to date and open over a year in advance. Please contact us if the dates you want are not open on the calendar yet.

PLEASE NOTE THIS HOUSE ACCOMMODATES UP TO EIGHT (8) PEOPLE (INCLUDING CHILDREN & BABIES) 6 ADULTS MAXIMUM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Cancellation Policy: We highly recommend CANCEL FOR ANY REASON Travel Insurance to protect your trip.
For cancellations made 61 days or longer before arrival: 85% of your total booking will be refunded if you cancel more than 60 days prior to your reservation arrival date (VRBO collects their own fee, therefore we cannot refund their portion of your deposit if you booked through VRBO).
For cancellations made within 60 days of your arrival date: The entire amount of the reservation will be forfeited.
