And Feb. on the island, the people at Suncoast were as usual very welcoming it’s just like being with a whole new family when we are there. Great house and location. Super relaxing.

We were really pleased with this property. It’s a great house directly on the beach. Great back deck with chairs to enjoy the sun. Down the steps from the back deck, It’s only about 50 yards to the water. Wonderful for those who like to be in a less crowded beach. Great family time.

Kitchen was well stocked except could have had more larger coffee cups but this was not a huge issue. We were steps from the beach with a beautiful view from all the windows. We had an issue with the HVAC not working properly and they sent a repairman out within an hour to have it fixed. Would definitely recommend staying here. The only negative is the shower in the master bathroom needs a new shower head as the one on currently does not work properly and cannot be adjusted.

Excellent Property for a small family right on the beach!

Panoramic view of the beach and the gulf from the windows sweeping from the kitchen/dining area through the living room and the screened-porch (with master-bedroom behind it). Open floor plan made visiting with each other fun and easy. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. Nicely decorated with beach pictures. Nice deck to sun yourself and a beautiful beach to walk and find shells. Check-in process was quick and easy. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

We have been coming to the island for 25 years and still can't get enough of it! This property is what you pay for, it is in the perfect location with a couple issues here and there. The main issue we had was the mold from the air conditioner unit and the mold in the bathrooms, the bathrooms have poor ventilation so there are to be spots here and there, but the mold in the AC unit was quite excessive, by the end of the trip we were all feeling quite sick out of nowhere. Otherwise the stay was great and the location is truly hard to pass up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nargiz sits right on the beach and there is a great view through the nine-window wall across the living room and kitchen. The house is more spacious than it appears from the outside. We appreciated the ample closet space and chests of drawers. Awesome kitchen with open concept to living room and dining area. More wildlife viewing here than closer to town where we have stayed before. The multi-level deck on the Gulf side required extra caution to avoid a fall. All levels are painted the same gray color, giving the illusion it was all one level.

The house was clean, the master bedroom bed was comfortable and supportive, and the showerheads were in good shape, with adequate water pressure. House furniture was in very good condition. The selection of cooking pans was somewhat limited. There is enough shade in the later afternoon to sit on the main deck in the shade. There were some minor maintenance issues where contractors had done sloppy work, but didn't affect anything functional. None of the ceiling fans had lights on them, which was a minor inconvenience to us. All exterior lights are *white* which goes against the turtle rules.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Nargiz! It was very close to the beach and had easy access to get there, even with trips back and forth. It was peaceful with minimal beach traffic. This was our first stay on the island, so I wish there had been some pamphlets or information on places to visit or eat. Possibly a QR code magnet that can easily be updated. I also wish there was an option to have minimal “starters” left at the house since check in is later. Like coffee filters, coffee, oils for cooking a couple seasonings. Maybe an option for future bookings to offer it as a service for pick up with keys. We loved our trip and can’t wait to get back!!

It’s very spacious and has a big kitchen. The kitchen has limited items, but we were able to make do. There is a screened in porch off the master that is a perfect little place to have breakfast and lunch. The outside deck is in need of some work and some deck chairs. Also, because it is an older home the electrical is a little quirky- there is a light switch to turn on the electric for each wall. All in all a wonderful place to stay. The house does need an information booklet and it would be nice if the light switches were labeled and if there were some instructions for the living room tv and sound system.

Deck furniture was fine for a woman but not the weight of a man so my hubby didn’t sit on the deck. Instead, he took the beach chairs we brought with us to the surf. The open floor, huge tv and very comfortable sectionals made for very nice movie nights when the sun went down. Of the 3 of us staying at the rental, 2 worked virtually and the WiFi was marginal—if it worked at all. I could recommend this property if the WiFi wasn’t important.
