Condo has 3 large bedrooms privately located away from the Living area , 2 Full Baths, a large kitchen with everything that you will need, a work area , a Sonos system, a Kurig and a lovely outdoor patio.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location!

The condo is just as pictured! It is really close to the Alice Keck Memorial Park which we enjoyed almost daily. It is easy to walk to State St. to enjoy shopping, restaurants and the farmer's market. We even walked from the condo all the way to the Pier one afternoon and had a great time enjoying the beach. The condo was clean and very spacious for our party of three. The condo grounds are well maintained with gorgeous plants and flowers. We always felt safe and everyone was nice in the complex. The kitchen is well equipped. Jean was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Our second stay - absolutely love this place!

We're a family of 4 (+ one dog), and we spend about a month every summer in SB. This year and last year we chose this condo, and it is superb. Unlike many vacation rentals, it has every little thing you need for everyday life. Kitchen fully stocked so you don't have to run out and buy ziploc bags or cooking oil... laundry detergent, replacement light bulbs, boogie board and beach chairs... you name it. It's all there. So convenient and so, so appreciated. The location is absolutely wonderful, across the street from Alice Keck Park Gardens, which kind of becomes our yard. Easy walking/biking distance to the shops on State Street, downtown, the beach. Furnishings are super comfy, wifi is high speed and works flawlessly. Host is very responsive. There's a covered parking spot. It's all just great. When we first arrived I was a little bummed that the unit doesn't get more direct sunlight. But honestly, that keeps the unit very cool during hot summer weather, so I have come to love even that. We would definitely stay here again!
