Mountain View Home w/Hot Tub - Close to Downtown!

Enjoy all the Bozeman area has to offer from this newly renovated 6 bedroom/4.5 bathroom house! With room to sleep up to 16 guests, this beautifully appointed home features plenty of entertaining space, a spacious deck with hot tub and firepit, outdoor seating area with grill, and spectacular Bridger mountain views. Enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by nature while only located a 10 minute drive to bustling downtown Bozeman. Perfect for large groups and families!

The ground floor, accessible by ramp, has three bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, a large living room with floor-to-ceiling A frame windows, and a cheerful eat-in kitchen with dining table. Please note that the living room fireplace is not functional and is decorative only. Downstairs you will find three additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a second living room. Two single size fold-out cots with corresponding linens are also provided with this rental.

The home has 6 queen size beds, 1 king size bed, and 2 single size cots. All bedding, linens, and towels are provided with your rental, along with basic necessities (hand soap, shower gel, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc. for cooking and serving meals at the house. The downstairs living room features a Smart TV, which can stream shows and movies via most major apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, HBO Go, etc.), and the house is equipped with WiFi throughout. The three-car garage is available for you to store your vehicle and/or gear.

Guests will have access to the entire 6 bedroom/4.5 bathroom home, attached garage, deck, hot tub, and driveway (with the exception of a few locked supply closets.) The home’s front entrance can be accessed via the concrete ramp.

The house is pet friendly, but you must let us know how many pets you will be bringing along at the time of booking ($250.00 pet fee applies per stay.)

Please note that security cameras are located on the exterior of the home.

The view was amazing! The space was perfect for our group and the games downstairs was so much fun. The fire pits were perfect even on a winter day and the owner made sure we had filled propane tanks. They were so prompt responding to any questions we had.

We arrived to a beautiful Christmas tree in the family room for our holiday stay. 30 minutes to Bridger Bowl and an hour to Big Sky. House was more than large enough for our group of 10. Kitchen is stocked incredibly well! And the view from the home is amazing! Enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit after our days skiing and snowmobiling. Would definitely stay here again.

Secluded House with a View

The property was so wonderful to stay in. With an unobstructed view of the mountains, it felt like you were in a place all on your own. Everyone very much enjoyed the stay and we'd come back for certain.

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay in Bozeman! The house is huge and wide open with gorgeous Mountain views! The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook for a crowd. There is also ample seating inside and out on the decks for a crowd! We would definitely stay here again!

Very spacious + lots of good amenities

I stayed here with my extended family -- 11 adults, 1 infant, and 2 dogs. All of the couples/singles had their own beds, which was amazing. We loved the hot tub and the huge shared living areas. The heated garage was an amazing touch, especially when it snowed and we had ski gear to dry off! So many thoughtful features, and the beds were really comfy. Quiet neighborhood. Thanks!

What a great space!

Great location & super clean! 10 minutes to main street, easy to get to the hot springs, and an easy day trip to Yellowstone. Pictures are spot on, and the space feels much larger. We had a group of 16 age range 19-82 and one toddler; plenty of room to spread out and didn't feel crowded at all. The deck was great for meals, and enjoying the beautifulBozeman sunsets. One of the best parts was how well supplied the kitchen was; this can be an oversight in many rentals, and this was for sure not the case in this property. Would for sure stay again, thanks for being great communicative hosts and helping us have a great family graduation gathering!

Bozeman wedding

This home was perfect for all family members coming in from the East Coast and West Coast. Close to the Bozeman airport, but out enough to feel in the country with views of the Bridgers that were amazing. The home was well appointed. The pictures of the home are a great representation, but the yard and patio are awesome! We had plenty of room for all 12 of us. The basement looks recently finished and was enjoyed by young and old.

Perfect getaway!

This house was perfect for us! The view of the mountains from the couch is just incredible. We only used the upstairs bedrooms, but loved the downstairs too for games/tv. Was surprised to find the extra cots/mattresses they are perfect for young kiddos. We had a snow storm come in right before we arrived but we made the most of it! There are even sleds in the garage the kids loved! The hot tub made for a great night cap. Kitchen had everything we needed, even coffee that we forgot to buy:) Great proximity to everything. Downtown, Costco, target, grocery, restaurants. Host was super responsive for anything we needed. Highly recommend this house and would definitely come back! Thank you for having us!

Perfect Bozeman House

Our family of 6 felt right at home here for a few days in Bozeman, though there'd be plenty of space for a larger group, too. We felt like we were close to everything- airport, downtown, local hikes. We had plenty of space, loved relaxing in the hot-tub and near the fire. The mountain views were gorgeous from sunrise to sunset. The house was immaculate and just as advertised. We highly recommend staying here!

Welcome to Bozeman! My wife, Hannah, and I are native New Englanders who developed a love for Montana a few years ago. We now own several vacation properties in Maine, along with this house in Bozeman and love being able to rent out these homes to guests from all over the country and world. We both work full-time in real estate and enjoy hiking, cooking, gardening, and playing with our dog.

Why they chose this property

There are so many reasons we fell in love with this house, and hope you do, too! The house is newly renovated (we added 2,500 additional square feet of living space after purchasing the home!) with an open concept that still maintains a wonderful cozy feeling. With room to sleep up to 12 guests, it's perfect for families or groups of friends. The living room is our favorite part of the house with floor-to-ceiling windows, perfect for taking in the gorgeous sunrise and sunset views of the Bridger Mountains.

The house is located in a convenient location in Bozeman, only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and close to many recreation areas in town. We love taking day trips to Yellowstone National Park and Hyalite Canyon Recreation Area.
