Condo was spotless!! Very nice and close to everything! Loved our stay so much. Just something we noticed though that there needs to be a towel rack in the bathroom to hang towels to dry and the shower head doesn't put out much water pressure. But those are easy fixes. Condo was great though in a nice quiet area. Loved our stay!!

My husband and I booked our stay here to treat ourselves after the first half of 2026 turned our world upside down. This condo is amazing. We left like we were at home the entire week. The property is exactly as you see in the photos. I loved the bathtub, the bed was very comfortable and sitting in the chairs on the screened in balcony listening to and watching the water flow down Little Pigeon River was so peaceful. The whole building is quiet and everyone staying there was so friendly. Doug the owner was very attentive. We will definitely stay here again!

Parking was a breeze, as was check in. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped. Technology was easy to use once I figured it out! lol. Very convenient to many activities in the area. We did not use the hot tub in the bathroom but it looks extremely new. The shower was amazing! The elevator is a nice thing carrying up all the luggage!! What a joy!We loved the balcony area but there are a lot of stink bugs (which I know is probably unavoidable) and it needed a little cleaning out there. We didn't use the pool but it was beautiful!We enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area. Thank you for sharing your condominium with us!

Perfect location to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. We were able to cook, do laundry, rest and enjoy sunrise on enclosed balcony. Tons to do and plenty of restaurants.

We where so pleased with our stay. From checking in to checking out everything was as it's stated. The condo is beautiful decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the balconyand the fireplace that added a cozy finish to our evenings while watching movies.

This was the best of both worlds. Close to activities but not in the middle of chaotic traffic of a tourist town. It was quiet and well maintained.

Our go-to place to stay in Seviereville. We stay here for our two annual trips to Cade’s Cove. Great location and the condo is always clean. The owners are great to work with and their communication is excellent.
