About this property

Your Seaside Escape just 2 blocks from beach

You NEED to forget about life for awhile. You NEED some R & R.. You NEED to soak up the sun and have some fun. Well our beachy townhome, The Feel Good Flamingo, is set up for all of this and more for you and your friends and family. As you arrive you will first notice the beautiful flamingo color of our townhome . The front deck is where you can hear the ocean waves crashing and sit and relax in the seating area drinking a nice cold drink or enjoy some of the local food while sitting at the dining area. Once you open the front door you will notice the stylish decor. It has been also recently updated with new stainless steel appliances.
The Feel Good Flamingo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and is located just 2 blocks (2 minute walk) to the beach with 2 beach access points. You are also within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Carolina Beach Lake, The Boardwalk, and The Greenway Trail.
After a fun filled day of activities, The Feel Good Flamingo is spacious and will give you and your friends/family room to relax.
We have our guests in mind.
We provide;
Bed/bath linens. Also a starter supply of dish and hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, cascade pods for dishwasher, tide pods and dryer sheets.
Board games and cards.
Bikes, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach wagon, and coolers.

1st floor;
Spacious living room, new stainless steel appliances, dining area and breakfast bar, Pantry, 1 bedroom on first floor with a queen bed. Full bath. There is a front deck with a dining table and seating area.
2nd floor;
Full size Washer/dryer. Stocked laundry area. 2nd bedroom has 2 beds, 1 full and 1 queen. And a private full bath. The master suite has a king sized bed. Also attached is a private full sized bathroom with a double vanity sink. Also is an attached private deck with seating and couch to lounge.
In addition to attached bathrooms, 2 of the bathrooms have a stocked linen closet. Also there are closets with hangers. 3 out of the 4 TVs are smart TVs with streaming capabilities.
All beach items are in the locked door by the garage and outdoor shiwer. We ask that you rinse off the items and let them dry before you put them back. The outdoor shower is located near the garage door.
Keyless access will be provided with your own personal code.
There is no street parking allowed. So there is a 2 car maximum in the driveway. Park in front of the garage, 1 car in front of the other. You do NOT have access to the backyard. The backyard is for the tenant renting out the rear unit.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had 6 girls on a girls weekend stay here and we loved it. The décor is so cute and fun. The place was clean. Everything was in working order. All the amenities we needed were provided. Frank and Amy's house was absolutely perfect for us! The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. The house was well-stocked with anything we might have needed, including beach supplies. Loved this house

I took a short trip to Carolina Beach for Labor Day weekend. This townhome was stunning and definitely matched the listing. There were four adults and two children in our party. More than enough room for us all. We also had a very short walk to the beach. The property owners were very responsive to any questions I had and provided lots of helpful information up front. We had a great time on our vacation at this property. The house was very nice and clean and exactly as described in the post. We got there a few hours early and the hosts did everything they could to help get us in earlier than the check in time. Would absolutely return. Perfect place for younger kids because the beach is only about a 2 minute walk if that. The house was beautiful with 3 rooms and 3 full bathrooms which was great for our family of 7. From the moment we stepped in the front door, we knew we had the right place. The perfect amount of space for a family of 5. Great kitchen and living area! The wife and I loved the private deck outside the master bedroom for peace and quiet. Proximity to the beach was perfect. We were able to stay on the beach all day and still walk back when someone needed to use the bathroom. I even got in some morning surf fishing. Definitely recommend to anyone! This property will be top of our list next time.

It was just the right family vacation we needed to escape the rain of the north! The house fit all our needs very well. We loved the 2nd floor porch off the master for night time reading with the kiddos and having a cocktail. The owners were quick to respond and left great directions on how to access the unit. There were plenty of essentials provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, linens, etc. Being a family with small children having laundry available was great! The outdoor shower was wonderful in controlling the sand from the beach which was a quick 2 minute walk away! We felt very much at home in this unit… Thanks for your hospitality until next time❤️

Perfect location and huge house!

This place could not have been better for my daughter’s 24th birthday with friends, her brother and me!!! First the pink and green of the house was so fun and beachy!! The rooms and beds were huge and having 3 full bathrooms was fantastic for 6 adults! The kitchen was so well stocked and it was so easy to make breakfast, dinner, cocktails, etc! The day it rained the most - we still ate breakfast on the main level patio and we stayed dry! Also my daughter and her friends hung out on the patio outside the main bedroom which was so fun with great views of the ocean! There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoos, towels, linens, trash bags and detergents! Having everything so stocked was a great treat! Also the garage room had two great bikes to ride on, a wagon, several beach chairs, an umbrella and a great double basketball goal and mini basketball's! The main living room had plenty of space for us all to watch movies together! I couldn’t ask for a better place! Thank you for the wonderful accommodation!! Also it’s so close to the beach that we went tons of times every day!!! Highly recommend and we’ll be back!
