About this property

Luxurious Lake house w/ fire pit, putting green, and beautiful views!

Beautiful large home on calm, cove water, seconds from open water. Fully stocked with all the amenities! There's plenty of space for large groups in the upstairs and downstairs living areas. Relax on the upstairs deck for outdoor dining, the second floor of the boat dock for s'mores, putt some balls on the green or enjoy a game of pool. There is something for everyone here!

This home is located in a protected, no-wake cove, which is excellent for paddleboarding. Entry to our boat dock and exit lanes are marked with red buoys. Please be sure to empty all ballasts before entering the cove. We have a 21' inboard wake boat and haven't had any problems, and the area around our dock and entry lane jas been dredged, depth is around 3.5ft to 4ft at the boat dock. Our boat is kept in the boat lift, but there is room to tie up on either side of the dock, bumpers recommended.

The pictures of this property are excellent but the property itself is 10x better. This house is amazing. Beautiful inside and out. The host has provided a ton of extra amenities, not normally included in most rentals. I cannot express how pleased our family was with this stay. Linens and towels are top quality. Beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect. The hosts are readily available and quick to respond to any questions.

July 4th

Stayed here for the week of July 4th. Absolutely loved the house and location. Great spot for kids. The kids loved being on the lake. Hosts were extremely helpful and provided a ton of information.

Eclipse

The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We were a group of family and friends who came to see the solar eclipse. The house was a perfect place to watch the eclipse and we were lucky and got to see it.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property on Lake LBJ. The house is in a protected cove, which made it so quaint and peaceful. Communication with hosts was prompt and thorough! The house had everything we needed for a long weekend with our adult kids! Highly recommend this property!

Our family loves Lake LBJ, so much so that we decided to stop renting and bought ourself a house so we could permanently have a place to enjoy at our happy place! We've enjoyed owning several homes around the lake, but love the consistency of the water, the beautiful weather, the great communities that surround this wonderful lake. Welcome to our happy place, enjoy our home!

This home provides the perfect amount of open floor plan, to quiet seclusion as you can sequester yourselves in the master, separate groups in the upstairs/ downstairs living areas, or spend a fun evening all together in the open kitchen/ living areas. Or, head outside for a fun evening on the many porches and balconies, while putting on the green and playing in the water! This truly is a happy place for everyone!
