Nettes Ferienhaus mit Potential nach oben

Im Großen und ganzen hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt im großen Stadl. Es gab aber ein paar Dinge, die definitiv erneuert werden müssen. Gemütlich rustikal hin oder her, wenn das warme Wasser ausfällt müsste man vill. mal einen neuen Boiler einbauen. Der war schon echt alt. Auch ist immer wieder die Sicherung rausgefallen als wir den Backofen verwendet haben. Auch das Heizystem ist nicht ideal. Es gibt Platten an der Wand die man einschaltet um den Raum zu heizen. Entweder es ist Mega warm oder zu kalt. Mit Baby nicht ideal. Ansonsten wenn man ein paar Augen zudrückt war es für den Preis ganz ok. Was definitiv super war: Nähe zum Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Blick, Möglichkeiten zum spazieren/wandern, Nähe zum Skigebiet Sölden (20min).

Danke für Ihre Bewertung. Ja, es stimmt, der Boiler sollte erneuert werden und wird es auch. Es wäre aber nett gewesen, wenn Sie auch erwähnt hätten, wie schnell für Abhilfe gesorgt wurde - innerhalb von 2 Stunden an einem Sonntag! Mit dem Backofen: Schwierigkeiten wurden uns bisher nicht gemeldet, er ist auch erst 1 Jahr alt. Sie kamen mit der Marmorplatten-Heizung nicht klar: diese ist ganz eindeutig in unserer Homepage beschrieben und wir weisen auch speziell in unseren letzten Informationen darauf hin: Es sind Platten, die eine Langzeitwirkung haben, ähnlich die eines Kachelofens und nicht mal schnell hochfahren können. Wir nehmen Ihre Anregungen ernst, es hilft uns, unsere Leistungen zu überdenken und weiter zu verbessern.
