A 15 minute walk from Main Street and Vineyard Haven Ferry Terminal (as well as playground near by), makes this new construction, contemporary farmhouse a real gem! Relax in the hanging swing on the wrap-around farmer's porch and enjoy the peaceful vineyard pace.This rental has it all, bright open layout, large gourmet kitchen with granite counters, gas range, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and sunny dining area. Bamboo floors throughout all.The living room has 55in. flat screen TV with Blue Ray DVD player. On first level it has a slider opening to sunny side deck, a laundry room with wash sink and a full bath. Upstairs includes large master with 46in flat TV, double sink vanity, bath with jetted tub, two more bedrooms, and a third bath. Vaulted ceilings are in all bedrooms (with ceiling fans too). Take a walk to Lake Tashmoo or walk to public tennis court. Enjoy outdoor shower after the beach. Property is located at the end of a quiet, dead-end, paved private street. Not your typical rental.

This is a sand-free house. Guest will be required to take their outside shoes off and use either inside shoes or barefoot inside of the house.
This house has hardwood floors. Guests will be required to take outdoor shower after the beach before entering the house so no sand gets in the house
Guests will be required to water outside plants around the house and take out trash and recycling for pickup that takes place on Thursdays.
