This contemporary 4-bedroom home boasts a large open living space on both the first and second floors. The loft looks over into the wide open living area and has been converted into a writing/reading/meditation/yoga space. Lots of glass brightens the kitchen/dining/living room. Full decks for both the up and downstairs. A beautiful family home on a wooded lot with a private yard. Located in a quiet Vineyard Haven neighborhood within 1.5 miles of downtown’s shops and restaurants, bus service and the local beach. Near West Chop. A perfect location for a Vineyard vacation by the week or month." ** some photos of the lower level have not been updated yet. Entire downstairs is now hardwood floors with all new mattresses and furniture.

This house is our home a large part of the year. There are personal items, dishes, decorations. We have enjoyed it for over 20 years, and continue to enjoy it. Although we remove our personal items from the bedrooms so you can have as much space as needed, please keep in mind that this isn't a "rental property" except for a couple months of the year. It's our home and we'd love to share it with you. No pets No smoking No bachelor/bachelorette parties
