Modern 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom designer home furnished and designed by Restoration Hardware with panoramic views of Lake Washington and Seattle!

Enjoy the beautifully designed living spaces where you can kick back, relax, and enjoy quality time with your family and friends.

This Kirkland gem is perfectly situated a few minutes from the Kirkland Marina (2 minutes). Go to downtown Seattle in 15 mins, the Woodenville Wineries in 12 mins, and SeaTac airport in 25 mins.

The home is designed and furnished by Restoration Hardware and is truly a one of a kind in the area. Wake up to incredible views of Lake Washington. The home has an incredible private rooftop, outdoor patio and fireplace, BBQ, large, stocked kitchen, and living spaces that are great to enjoy time with your group. If you need to work while on your getaway, we have you covered. The WiFi is incredibly fast, and there is a large sound-proof office space for you to work. Finally, a home gym, equipped with weights, 2 stationary bikes (including a Peloton), and yoga mats give you a safe and private place to stay fit while on holiday!

Our local management team will be available to answer any questions you have before, during, or after your stay. Please also inquire about our concierge services to make the stay unique and personal for you.

Kirkland is a safe, quiet city that sits on Lake Washington. You can get to the Kirkland shops/restaurants which are within walking distance of the home.

We recommend having a vehicle for day trips - whether it be Woodenville to visit some of Washington's best wineries, or to take the ferry to Bainbridge Island, or simply to spend a day at Pike Place market.

Parking is included and there is ample space in the garage and driveway.
We ask that out of respect for our neighbors, noise be kept to a minimum between 10pm and 8am.

Spectacular views / Gracious home

The living spaces - kitchen, dining, indoor living room (complete with Steinway grand piano) and outdoor grill room - were perfect for our family reunion. The weather was fine, so the views of Lake Washington and the Seattle skyline were a spectacular background for family fun. Kirkland is only a couple minutes away by car; the town has lots to offer. And there are three widely separated sleeping areas, so that our new grandchild didn't disturb the other family members.

Perfect Way to Usher in the New Year

We spent a few days around New Year's Eve in Kirkland and this home was the perfect setting for family and friend time. This home has it all! There is open space, thoughtful finishes, comfortable beds, stunning views and more. The piano is incredible and is perfect for a composer or professional pianist. We would not change a thing and, in fact, didn't want to leave! We will most certainly be back the next time we visit the area!

Probably the best bnb property I've staid in

The property was just as advertised on the website. Beautiful finishes to every inch of the home along with easy check in process with the August app. The property manager Ruby was very flexible in check in times, and in communicating the instructions to the amenities like WIFI and the outdoor heating unit. It was beautiful even during the rainy days of Seattle's winter, but I'm sure Summer days would be even prettier with the magnificent lake view. Would recommend this property to anyone looking to have a luxurious get-away!

Perfect water landing for the pod

Our pod of eight (from Seattle, Santa Rosa, LA, and Salt Lake) loved our stay here. The water views were outstanding from every level—including the rooftop deck. Everything was clean, well lit and very comfortable—especially the beds! The chefs in our group especially loved the spacious and well appointed kitchen. We also appreciated how convenient it was to walk to downtown Kirkland via the nearby nature trail. The neighborhood surrounding the home was also quite lovely—and quiet. We advise brushing up on your piano lessons so you can tickle the ivories in the living room.

Heaven on Earth

This house is stunning with gorgeous views of Seattle over the lake. Every inch is immaculate and the kitchen and coffee bar have everything you could ever need. You can easily walk to the Kirkland Corridor Trail and Metro Market and beyond. Property managers were extremely responsive. We can't wait to return.
