NEW FOR 2026! In the heart of the charming village of La Garde-Freinet, close to shops, discover this lovely, characterful home dating from 1900. Located just a few metres from the forest. Freshly renovated and fully furnished, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Spread over two levels, it offers a warm and refined atmosphere. On the ground floor, there’s a pleasant living/dining room perfect for socialising, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. Upstairs, comfortable sleeping areas ensure peace and rest. Each room on the ground floor is accessed via a landing, ensuring that the spaces remain separate. The Chestnut Festival from late October to early November and the Provençal market on Sunday mornings. Nature lovers will appreciate the forest trails accessible on foot or by bike from the village. Vast natural areas are ideal for walks and hikes with breathtaking views of the Maures Mountains and the sea. The beaches along the Mediterranean coast are just 26 km away, allowing you to alternative between the pleasures of the sea and the tranquility of the Provençal hinterland, with no noise except that of bees, crickets, and waterfalls—for those who know where to find them. A holiday rental combining old-world charm with modern comfort, ideal for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends, in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. A cellar in the basement of the house can accommodate bicycles. Ground floor: a living/dining room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi and speciality TV channels. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, one bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with a toilet. The two bedrooms are located on either side of the hallway. A fan and underfloor air conditioning are available. A basement is available for storing your bikes. A bike shop and refreshment stand has just opened in the village, providing the necessary equipment for any repairs. A public car park is 40 metres away.
