The pool was great once the heater was turned on. It was off when we arrived, water was just 60 degrees. We notified management, it was turned on after the weekend and usable after 5 days.The property was lacking an exterior fence for our dog.

The back screen sliding door in the kitchen and the front sitting room sliding door didn’t lock or secure. The vents were covered with dust. The blinds in the bedroom were broken.

I am a bit of a neat freak and this place met my cleanliness expectations! It was plenty of room for two families of 4 to unwind and enjoy our vacation. Owners were very responsive, helpful and knowlagable about the area. We rented a boat for a few days and it was a great to be able to keep it at the house. Super comfortable home in nice area

Spent almost two months at this property and it was very nice. The house is in a quiet area but still close enough (drive) to the two popular marinas. The home is nice and has all the kitchen and other equipment you need. We did have a few issues with the bed, fridge, and pool heater, but the host took care of those right away. Would stay again.

Robert, so glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope you come back as you stated. Yes, we had some repairs and replacements during your 2 month stay. The pool heater went out and instead of fixing it we opted to replace it We also put in a new fridge / freezer / ice maker and the guests before you apparently thought the bed was an indoor trampoline and broke the frame then covered it up by propping up the broken supports so we our handyman rebuilt the frame after you let us know.

We bought this home as we saw it had it all for people to experience SW Florida and all the Cape has to offer with it's central location on the water, pool, panoramic screened in lanai and a huge triple lot with intersecting canal sunset views.. We're avid boaters and feel free to ask recommendations on the area, restaurants, activities, boating, bars and more...

If you want a great view, gulf access, pool home, triple size lot, intersecting canal wide views. It's a spacious private property and southern exposure so you maximize the sun (many homes get little to no sun in their patios) with a spacious modern home then this might be for you?

What makes this property unique

Intersecting canal gulf access for a nice super wide canal view and the best southern exposure. Not a narrow canal like most but a sweeping wide water view with lots of sunshine. Firepit area to gather near the water end enjoy sunsets. New 2023 Mega Panoramic lanai screened patio to maximize the view. Fishing from 100'+ of seawall.
