Thanks for the stay and review. As shown in the listing pictures, there are only 4 chairs around the round dining table on the main floor (no more than 4 chairs could fit). The kitchen is in decent size though. Moreover, as shown in the listing pictures, there is another table with 4 chairs in downstairs living room. The listing actually made it clear "Coffee maker - Keurig coffee maker", and host provides Keurig pots for guests. I am sorry you missed to see it before booking and before traveling to Seattle. Thank you for letting me know you preferred ground coffee. Now this townhouse provides both Keurig coffee maker + Keurig pots, AND drip coffee maker. Grocery Outlet, a nice discount grocery store, is only around 5 blocks away from this townhouse. This townhouse itself is on a very flat land, while there are hills 2 blocks away to the west. It is flat land too to the north, to the south and to the east. Seattle has beautiful hills here or there which are very charming. Welcome to Seattle, a beautiful place with hills and music!

To all future guests: this townhouse already installed mini split A/Cs for all rooms at the beginning of July, 2024, right after Chris’ stay and review. Below is host’s response to Chris’ stay and review: This townhouse was advertised as portable A/C before June of 2024. Portable A/C means, ONE BIG portable A/C in this whole property, which is provided at main floor living room. The downstairs is cool, not needing A/C nor fan. Host provided portable A/Cs anyway for all rooms, just smaller one putting on the side tables. Guests misunderstand it as fans. Host offered and bought and installed SECOND BIG portable A/C for the main floor bedroom, as a courtesy help. Host didn’t realize the breaker does not allow two A/Cs on the main floor before spending over $500 for the A/C for THIS guest. Host advised guests to turn on the living room A/C during the day, and turn it off before sleeping and then turning on the bedroom A/C. Guests stayed 2 nights only. Host offered and refunded $100 without guests’ asking. The $100 refund is 15% of what host received for lodging fee. Guest counted lodging fee, cleaning fee, tax, and Vrbo surcharge, to say refund is 7% (still, it is 8.5%). Host was not obligated to install the second portable A/C, but she did. Host was not requested to refund anything, but she did.
