Park your car and do everything on foot or by bike! The accommodation is accessible via two entrances: one from the car park and one from the dunes path, allowing you to walk to the beach just a few metres away. Access to the 2nd and top floor (no lift). West-facing apartment to enjoy the sunset. No overlooking neighbors. The living area: - An optimised room including a cosy lounge area equipped with a single sofa bed, two nesting coffee tables, and a TV (digital terrestrial television). - A dining area and a perfectly designed kitchenette equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals (two-burner hob, extractor hood, microwave, kettle, 1 filter coffee maker and 1 Nespresso machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, storage, dishes, etc.). (No dishwasher or washing machine, but a laundromat is very close by at the U Express supermarket.) The sleeping area: A charming mezzanine bedroom for a cosy feel with a double bed (140x190cm), storage, and a clothes rail. Hangers and a fan. Velux window with blackout curtain. Park your car in your private space in the shaded car park of the residence, located at the foot of the apartment and secured by a barrier, and enjoy the beachfront shops, night markets, markets in Vaux-sur-Mer or Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, and the fine sand, all just 3 minutes away! Private and secure storage space with a door is available for bicycles. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
