Nice sized home, very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet at night. Lots of amenities which made it nice. Owner was easy to communicate with.
very nice property and the communication with property manager was excellent. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped...no serving bowls, 5 dinner plates that were chipped, and two bread plates. Otherwise I have no complaints...location was great
The house was very clean and cute inside. I would definitely stay here again. We came down for an event and it was nice to have a place that was clean and affordable to stay that was bigger and more convenient than a hotel.
Home was very clean and the big back yard is perfect! Noah was super easy to work with and check in was super easy! Would recommend if traveling to Sacramento. Also very easy access to the Golden 1 Center.
I needed to place for my daughter and I to spend a few days following her ankle surgery at UC Davis. This home was perfect, one level, no steps, and 5 minutes to UCD.
The home was clean and comfortable, with good linens and towels. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare basic meals, and washer and dryer was a plus for clothes and towels.
Neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe, people out walking their dogs during the day and nothing crazy going on at night.
Overall a very nice stay for the price, would stay here again.
The neighborhood is very dangerous at night. When we arrived there was a homeless person in the front lawn. No lights on in front of the house. Very dangerous area. No access to the drive way as it was blocked. Very very unsafe. I would not stay here and would advise anyone to look for a new place. Contacted the manager of property and he didn’t care and told me to contact Vrbo. Stay away unless you want to be assaulted or robbed. Seriously this area is extremely dangerous.
