Please note: While the home is single-story, there are four steps leading up to the front door.

Free street parking is available along the side of the house (please avoid parking directly in front due to a bus stop).

The Neighborhood
Located in up-and-coming North Oak Park, just steps from Midtown, Elmhurst & East Sac. Just minutes from everywhere you want to be:

Walk to:
• UC Davis Medical Center
• Broadway Triangle (cafés, breweries, restaurants)
• Shriners Hospital, McGeorge School of Law & Aggie Square

Minutes to:
• Downtown, the Capitol, and Golden 1 Center
• Convention Center, River Cats stadium & museum.

Guest Access:

Guests have a private entrance and full access to the Suite. Shared areas include the laundry room (located outside the living spaces), backyard, and side yard, which may occasionally be used by guests staying in the Main House.

Each unit is fully self-contained and thoughtfully designed for privacy. While the Suite shares a kitchen wall with the Main House, there are two securely locked doors between units. Noise transfer is minimal, and it’s never been a disturbance for our past guests. One pet is allowed, but please note we can only accommodate pets under 22 lbs. in this Suite. Be sure to add any pets to your reservation—undisclosed pets may result in cancellation.

The thermostat is located in the main house, so you won’t have direct access. It’s a Nest system, and we’re happy to adjust it for you anytime, just let us know if you’re too hot or cold!

Please be mindful of the house rules:

• Kindly remove shoes inside the home
• Smoking or drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property
• No parties or unregistered guests
• Pets are welcome—must keep them off beds and furniture
• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
To help us maintain a fresh and welcoming space for future guests, we’d greatly appreciate it if you could kindly ensure that dishes are cleaned (or at least rinsed and left in the sink).
Please place all trash in the bins located next to the house. This helps prevent any odors or unwanted visitors (like bugs)!

This little house has everything to people could need for our week stay. The place was clean. Neighborhood was quiet and the owner was quick to respond when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We live locally and needed a place to stay while having work done on our home. The location was perfect, convenient to freeways and UC Davis. The suite was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.I work from home and found the space light, bright, and conducive to productivity. The kitchen table made a great work spot, The suite was efficiently laid out and well-stocked with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, which is always important to me, and the bathroom was a nice size, again, spotless, with a great shower.There were thoughtful touches, snacks, toiletries, and basic kitchen supplies that made it feel welcoming and easy to settle in. The space was quiet, and having on-site laundry was a big plus.Michael was incredibly responsive to any questions and went out of his way to help when we realized we needed to extend our stay by another night. I highly recommend this cozy, comfortable spot to anyone visiting Sacramento, or locals in need of a home away from home.Thank you MichaelColleen
