Nice little oceanfront condo

My best friends and I had a great time here, the room was exactly as listed and has an amazing first floor view and of the beach. We had ample room for the 3 of us and we just can’t say enough how nice it was to be so close to the beach! The room was in decent shape, the only thing is there was still a good bit of sand in the room, but it is so close to the beach that i’m sure it’s impossible to get every last bit out. I definitely would stay here again!

Amazing

This was my second year in a row staying here! I will absolutely be back for a third! The location is amazing and truthfully you can not find first floor walk outs anyway!!! Book your stay! You will not be disappointed!

Week at the Beach

Location was great , being on ground floor . Kitchen needs a colander , some new pots . Bathroom and kitchen floor needs a good cleaning But overall place was good ! Beds were comfortable!

Perfect

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! I can not express how amazing the location is. It does not get better! We will certainly be requesting this specific location again! The room is exactly as pictured. The outdoor pool and hot tub amenities were great! Overall could not have asked for a better experience!

Needs a good cleaning.

Housekeeping needs to clean under beds when sweeping, also the bathroom needs attention, back of door is dirty as well as baseboards and floor. When trying to get hot water for shower you turn it so far then makes a big squealing noise, if we put the tub divertor down for it goes away. Also a dish rag to wash dishes would help. Nothing a bit of elbow grease won't fix and I would stay again, perfect location.

The bathroom was nasty. Mold in tub, toilet hadn’t been cleaned, pool bands were missing, vents had not been cleaned in months, no toilet paper was in the unit! Pictures online were very deceiving. If you stepped out onto the balcony, the view was spectacular. We had reservations for 5 nights. Left second day. The unit needed a lot of updates. A fresh coat of paint could do wonders! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT!!!

As advertised

Location to beach is fantastic. Great room, clean well decorated, efficient layout. The room is probably one of the best at this facility. The swimming pool is largely dominated by the kids, so sun bath at the beach. Will be back.
