Whether you're skiing in the winter or biking and hiking in the summer, you'll enjoy stylish Mountain Modern furnishings, convenient access to downtown, and the mountains just outside your door. Guests have one on-site parking spot and can easily walk to the Breck Connect Gondola, Main Street, shops, and restaurants.
Please note that this cozy unit is located on the second floor of the building, and there is no elevator access.
Proximity: Located directly across from City Market at the entrance to Breckenridge, this condo provides quick and easy access to both town and the slopes. It's about a 3-minute walk (0.1 miles) to the nearest MyFreeRide bus stop on Airport Road, just 0.5 miles from historic Main Street, and 0.5 miles from the base of the BreckConnect Gondola with direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 (though the bus is often easier if wearing ski boots).
Living Room: Step into the modern living area, featuring stylish décor, a comfortable sofa that folds out into a queen bed, and a flatscreen TV with cable and streaming connectivity. The space also offers access to a private patio and a coffee table to complete the cozy setting.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen includes high-end appliances such as an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a sink with garbage disposal. Storage: This unit has a private storage closet located just down the hall, ideal for storing your ski, bike, or outdoor gear.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

We loved our stay…this place was so nice! Super clean and well appointed. It was a bit further from the heart of Main Street than we thought but the free bus system is excellent. The bed was more firm than what we like and the road noise was also a bit more than ideal (it was warmer so we had the bedroom windows open to keep it cooler at night), which are the only reasons we didn’t give it 5 stars. Even with those 2 things, we would stay here again!

Great place just walking distance to the gondola and town. Parking was easy and across the street from the grocery store. We didn’t have to drive anywhere once we got there.
I have a question when we arrive, I send a mail and immediately return the mail, and a phone call. Very professional, and helpful. I recommend this place and staff 100%.

This is an excellent Condo, it has everything you need. Really good location to the Gondola and to Main Street. It has been fitted out really smart so top end accommodation.
This is a hidden gem of a condo in Breckenridge. Within walking distance of the gondola, near the grocery store, adorably appointed, and sparkling clean, it was a pleasure to stay here. I look forward to going back and would absolutely book here again!
We loved this booking. Right on the edge of town, clean, modern, exactly what we were looking for in a rental. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
We celebrated our 25th anniversary at this place. Great place as advertised, and walking distance to everything needed. Weather was perfect, eating was good, only feedback is the shower head needs to be replaced but compared to everything else we will definitely visit and book again next year! WELL DONE!
This was by far an amazing place. Small and quiet and very private even though it was above some businesses. Never heard a noise from anything other than the snow plow outside. Easy walk to the Gondola and the Grocery. The only issue we had the entire trip was handled immediately and with no disruption to our trip. The management company was amazing.

The unit was great. Plenty of space for me, my husband and our son. I had the impression that the building abutted the downtown and was disappointed that it was farther away. However, we had a great trip and have no regrets.
