Your Private Pool & Lanai

The screened-in lanai is where you’ll probably spend much of your vacation.

Enjoy your private heated pool maintained to approximately 85°F, four lounge chairs, comfortable patio seating, a dining table for 6 with a center fire-pit table, and a 55” outdoor Smart TV.

The private backyard features palm trees and twinkle lights that come on in the evening, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day at the beach.

A gas grill is also available for easy poolside meals.

Game Room

When you’re ready for a break from the pool, head into the game room.

Challenge everyone to a game of pool or ping pong, relax in the lounge area, or use the free weights and yoga mats.

It’s a great space for kids, teens and adults alike.

Good to Know Before Booking

Pool Heating:

The private pool is heated to approximately 85°F at no additional charge.

When outdoor temperatures fall below approximately 70°F, the pool heater may take longer to reach or maintain the target temperature.

Exterior Security Cameras:

For the safety of our guests and property, there is:

* A Ring doorbell at the front door
* A camera on the exterior of the garage
* A camera inside the garage facing the driveway

There are no cameras inside the living areas of the home.

Property Maintenance:

You may occasionally see authorized lawn or pool service professionals working outside during your stay. They will not need to enter the home.

Florida Wildlife:

You’re visiting Florida, where an occasional small critter can happen—even in a professionally maintained vacation home. We have regular professional pest control, and we ask guests to help by keeping doors closed, storing food properly and taking trash out regularly.

Owner Storage:

A locked owner’s storage closet is located in the primary suite and is not accessible to guests.
