Spacious Canal Home w/Boat Slip, Elevator & Golf Cart

Have a relaxing Gulf Coast getaway at this newly (March 2021) constructed 3-bed, 2-bath Sea Isle beach house located on a quiet canal. With 2 large sprawling decks overlooking the canal, you'll have no problem getting on vacation time. You are welcome to bring your boat and park it at the slip in the water directly behind the house during your stay. Don't forget your fishing poles as the house is located on a canal perfect for fishing.

Located in a quiet neighborhood just a quick drive or golf cart ride from the beach, this spacious, well-equipped home puts you within close range of Galveston's family-friendly attractions. INSIDE THE HOUSE

Inside, you’ll be welcomed by a light and bright open floor plan filled with upscale furnishings and beachy décor. Modern amenities and thoughtful details will make you feel right at home.

With a large comfy sofa and an abundance of seating, , a 40" Smart TV with YouTube TV, XFinity Streaming and Netflix, and an open floor plan, the living room is the place to relax after a long day in the sun. But with high-speed Wifi for streaming and an HD TV throughout, everyone can watch their own show.

Just off the living room is the open kitchen, featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee bar fully stocked with all the essentials. Enjoy meals at the dining table for 6, with room for 5 more at the over-sized kitchen island.

A full-size washer and dryer will help keep packing light.

Bedroom #1 - King Bed with HDTV and closet, sharing guest bathroom in hallway.

Bedroom #2 - (2) Full over Twin bunk beds with guest bathroom in hallway.

Bedroom #3 - Master bedroom with King Size Bed, HDTV, walk in closet, private bathroom/ with walk in shower and private deck perfect for relaxing.

All together the house has enough space to sleep 10 people comfortably.

Downstairs, you’ll find an outdoor shower, a covered lounge area and a lawn the family can enjoy. Catch a sunset from the outdoor decks. There is also a tv on the bottom level perfect for watching your favorite sporting event.

Amazing stay!

This house was beautiful, clean and had so many amenities. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. There were kayaks, fishing poles, boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and just across from beach access. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful House

The house is gorgeous; brand new, very clean and exactly as the pictures showed. We had such a relaxing New Years weekend staying here. The furniture, decor, linens and bedding were all so nice and quite comfortable. One of my favorite houses on the island… We will be back!

Fantastic Rental Experience

Escaped to Sea Isle for a long Columbus Day weekend in Sea Isle. This rental property was perfect for my family. Very clean and spacious, inside and out. The Host was very responsive prior to and during our stay. I rent often on the West end of Galveston, and this rental experience rates as one of the best!

Beautiful, well appointed home.

This house is beautiful, well appointed, smartly located, especially if you plan to do some fishing or bring a boat. The air conditioner went out the first night we were there, and the owner had a repair person over there the next day.

Sea Isle retreat

Came down to stay with the family and our best friends. We had 8 people with 4 adults and 4 kids. This was the perfect set up with the bunk room and parents having their own rooms. When we weren’t at the beach or Schlitterbahn the kids were constantly swimming or fishing in the canal. Great rental and would do it again!

Perfect place for a long family weekend

The property is exactly as pictured in the listing. Very new, well kept, stocked and clean. The kids had so much fun fishing and crabbing right off the back porch. We also enjoyed the golf cart and neighborhood pool!! The pool is very well maintained and not crowded. Any questions or issues during our stay were immediately addressed by a simple text to the owner. We will definitely rent here again!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

79th birthday

This property is everything plus the listing shows. It is beautiful and very well appointed with everything you need. Bring your food and drink and you are ready. We had ages 7 to 79 and there was plenty for all to do. My husband caught a 45 pound fish (Drum) by the fish cleaning table. The owners were very helpful and responded promptly. You will not regret renting this property. We will be back for sure!

Family get together

The property is great and location close to the beach was really convenient. We loved that the house is brand new and everything was so clean. Be aware though that the listing has inaccuracies, which for the price was disappointing. There was no grill, which was a major inconvenience, and the second bedroom listed as a king was smaller, more like a queen. We would definitely rent this house again if these issues were rectified.

There were broken items like dishwasher etc. that we were not told about until arrival ( of coarse after we paid full price). Wooden floor boards that were just sticking up nails and all. My kids got splinters in there feet from the poor upkeep. We had to just stay away from the deck as it was just not safe for kids.

57th Birthday Fishing get away!

We have stayed in many beach homes! But this property goes to the top!! It gives you a Grand an elegant cozy an family vibe! The decor, a down stairs entertainment, the whole house inside an out captured so many costal vacation vibes! We hated to leave to take our boat out! We enjoyed it so much! But the best an important thing was it was accessible for my husbands scooter all around the home!! We brought as we do every where go two small wood pieces to get up in the door , a he was able to enjoy his stay as well! This property I highly recommend for ada family members! Great property an owners where great an available for us each time we asked questions!! Wonderful get away! it would definitely be a repeat! It was a 5 star stay for us!!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first. The host responded very quickly whenever I sent a message. We brought our boat and used the lift, which was very convenient. There was plenty of room for everyone. I highly recommend this house.

Family Summer Vacation

It was absolutely beautiful home! Very clean, great location, and lots of things to do at the home. My kids loved the kayaks! The only thing we didn’t like was there wasn’t a ladder to get in and out of the canal so my husband and I weren’t able to enjoy the water. My kids would have swam in the canal more, but it was too difficult to get in and out of the water even for them. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Outstanding

First and foremost I want to thank Jeff for his prompt responses to any and all questions I had prior to arrival, certainly made it stress free. Secondly The property was outstanding, fresh and modern, couldn’t have asked for more. Every time I thought I had forgotten something, the Mathes family already thought of it, from fishing poles to kitchen spices, it was there. Extremely clean and organized, the down stairs “Man Cave” was great and relaxing. Brought my 2 Jet skis and had no issues parking or navigating for a weeks long use. Fueling was 30 seconds away. The golf cart was super in exploring the neighborhood and visiting the beach, which was super close. We decided to utilize the community pool and it was great, supervised and controlled. The community restaurant was very good and we enjoyed it. I could go on but obvious you can see my satisfaction and expectation was surpassed. Thank you so much for a great vacation. Great House!

Beautiful, well appointed home. Exactly as described and pictured. Our group has stayed at many houses over the years for our annual Memorial Day beach trip and we all agreed this was by far our favorite. The location was perfect - easy access to everything in Sea Isle and a short walk/golf cart ride to the beach. We felt safe and loved the community feel. The open layout allowed us to feel together with plenty of space. Everything from the deck to the downstairs area was perfect for hanging out. We've rented from Jeff before and will continue to do so - he is always responsive, accommodating and kind. His houses are well maintained and clean. Truly a wonderful host! We are already planning our next stay.

Sea Isle is an extremely safe and family friendly community that is off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle of Galveston. It is perfect for families looking to get away and enjoy a nice quiet beach vacation. The neighborhood is known to be the best on the island in regard to the amenities it has to offer.
