Guest must be minimum 25 years old to make reservations.
This is one of the best luxury condominium in the panama city beach.
This condo has queen bed in the master bedroom,
Queen size pull out couch in the living room and bunk bed. This condo can sleeps 5 to 6 people comfortably, 2 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and dinning table with 6 chairs. This is perfect place for home away from home.

There is heated pool and hot tub on roof top. Perfect place for couple or families or anyone who is looking for relax atmosphere.
There is other hot tub, big pool and other kiddie pool, seasonal tiki bar, beach access is in tower 1.

convenient store in the resort, small library, fitness center and beach access in tower 2.
This unit is in tower 2.

Please register at the front desk and get your parking pass from front desk. Guest has to pay additional $50 for each car parking for entire stay at the front desk.
We do not provide shampoo, conditioner, soap. We do not replace towel. We will give you 4 sets of towels when you check in and you have to reuse that towel. Please bring your beach towels.

Nice condo

Property is a good location, clean, and the beach was great. Check in process was very easy and the owner contacted us ahead of arriving and was available via text anytime we needed. Nice full kitchen for the 5 of us on this trip and the 2 bathrooms is a plus.

First, I will say that the location and view were great. However, there was definitely some issues. The beds very uncomfortable. The bedroom and master bathroom doors didn’t lock, it definitely had not been dusted, towels were left in the washer (thankfully I checked it when we got there), there was a smell in the condo, which the host wanted to mask just by adding air fresheners, a new sponge (which one wasnt even provided), and a deodorizing spray after I said something to him, also the master bathroom shower curtain was very moldy. Communication with the host was ok. I didnt receive check out procedures until after we left. So needless to say I would not be renting this unit again.

The condo was exactly as described and has excellent amenities and proximity to the beach. There was an issue with the access code when we first arrived and it took about 30 minutes to get ahold of the host and get it resolved. The host was very friendly and apologetic.

Host was super nice and willing to help.The bed was pretty uncomfortable. It could use maybe a mattress pad and softer sheets. The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest (knobs and drawers had some food remnants). It was easy enough to clean up myself. I have a hard time complaining about anything because the price was really good. It was in a great location. Perfect for night walks to the pier.

The owner is great to work with and you are not going to find a better communicator. The condo itself is very clean, very well decorated, quite large, and has most of the items in the kitchen you would need to cook. The grounds are very well kept. I noticed many workers cleaning and making sure the grounds were well kept. There is plenty of parking. The 2 pools and hot tub were great. There are multiple gas grilling areas, and even a charcoal grill area. The tiki bar was a great bonus. Beach access was very convenient. I would definitely stay in this unit again.
