View is the best part. Owners need to do repairs/upgrade—bathroom, balcony furniture, adjust wine cooler placement, add dead bolt to front door and fix locks on balcony door, chipped glass on one night stand, fix lamp on night stand, fix non-working electrical outlets. Extra pillows dirty; coffee pot very dirty. Appliances worked fine. Easy to work with VRBO office.

Although we love staying at the St. Louis condos, this one needs quite a bit of help. Here’s what I let the rental company know. - Garbage disposal does not work- Light in bathroom broken - could not fix but put a temporary light small in so we had a "little light"-Lamp bedroom (on right side) broken we went out and bought a new lightbulb, thinking it was just a lightbulb. The actual lamp is not working. Knob is broken -stove needs repair... back leg is off or broken so every time you try to cook something the whole stove shakes / moves / tilts -
Right on the beach. The pool access was fun and relaxing as well.

The San Luis resort is beautiful! It was great ro be able to stay there and still have a kitchen and living room. Parking was super easy too with an assigned space in the garage. The view was also unbeatable! Definitely recommend staying here.

Ease of renting property was great, staff pleasant, courteous and attentive.
Condo had the perfect view, could have been cleaner and stocked better, nice to have all the amenities right at the resort so we never had to leave. Will consider returning in the future.
Loved the location & all the amenities of the San Luis resort. Great balconies (yes 2) & views. It’s obviously an older unit, but in decent shape. My two complaints are: (1) dirty/filthy floors & (2) no water pressure in shower.
Great location. Loved waking up to the ocean everyday. Blackout curtains made for great resting and the bed was very comfortable. The resort makes everything easy to walk to. It would have been nice to have broom or mop. We stayed for a week and the floor got pretty dirty. The shower also has mold in it but that’s understandable with the humid temps. Overall great stay.
We checked in 5 minutes before check and we were told the property wasn’t available!!!!!!! We had no where to stay! The property mgt was horrible! We had paid fora beachfront property with a balcony . We were there to celebrate our37th anniversary and watch fireworks from our patio, swim in the nice pool and have steak at hotel restaurant.
We had to scramble to find another place and spend more$$

We were very excited to stay at this property over Spring Break. Unfortunately it left much to be desired. I'll start with the positives: 1) View of water is fantastic 2) Would be good for 2 people, no kids 3) Access to amenities was great and the pool is very nice 4) well stocked kitchen tools - although we had to hand wash everything before using.
Now our challenges which we gave the management company ample time and information to address, which unfortunately they did not address well enough to make up for the investment we made. 1) Opened sofa bed to find urine on the mattress cover. We washed it, put it back on only to find that the bed was broken. Kids had to sleep on the tile floor the first night. They provided blow up mattresses the following nights. 2) The curtain rods were broken so sun came in at sunrise every morning, couldn't sleep past 7am. Maintenance was called but they did not fix them. 3) Dishes were LITERALLY FILTHY and still had gobs of food on them because we discovered later the dishwasher doesn't work and someone put them away dirty. Had to wash all dishes before and after using them by hand. 4) Here's my favorite, although they gave us 2 towels (there were 4 of us) and supposedly clean sheets, the place had not been cleaned. AT ALL. We found 2 USED maxi pads, one of which was in the living room on the coffee table. In addition, we found 4 dirty socks, a dirty t-shirt, a dirty sweatshirt and an old toothbrush lying around. The floors, windows and counters were not cleaned and if someone was willing to leave a dirty maxipad, I can't imagine they were the cleanest people to begin with. We went and bought supplies to clean it ourselves...always fun on vacation. 5) Some of the drawers, lights and outlet fixtures didn't work. 6) The fire alarm and intercom system went off 5 times while we were there and the water main got shut off so we had no working water (including the toliets) for a day.
In conclusion, I held out hope that the management company (Ryson) would make it right, but they did not. This was our first time staying at a VRBO and unfortunately will be our last. I recommend the San Luis itself, just make sure it isn't managed by Ryson!

Very comfortable! The Ryson Management group are wonderful to work with--informative, helpful, punctual, thorough, and pleasant! Our accommodations we a perfect size for 2 and had a beautiful balcony (2) of the ocean. We will certainly be back!
The view was beautiful of the beach, but the condo is VERY dated and in poor condition. Water spots on the ceiling, holes in drywall, just really old and not maintained well at all. Lots of dust in the condo when we checked in and the heat didn’t work. Manager got the heat fixed but unable to get cleaning done while we were out of the condo. We won’t book this place again.
