****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements – Building B at Surf & Racquet Club is scheduled to undergo a major exterior concrete restoration and balcony renovation project. Mobilization and rigging are scheduled to begin August 17, 2026, with balcony and handrail work beginning August 24, 2026. The project is expected to continue through approximately February 22, 2027 (weather permitting; delays are possible). This will be an active exterior construction site throughout the duration of the project. Guests should expect ongoing and potentially extremely disruptive daytime construction noise, including jackhammering, concrete repairs, power tools, and other heavy construction activity Monday through Friday (approximately 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Construction crews, scaffolding, swing stages, lifts, dust, debris, temporary parking impacts, and changing construction conditions throughout the property should also be expected. The project will be completed in phases, and individual balcony stacks may be taken out of service as work progresses. If your balcony stack is scheduled for active construction during your stay, balcony access will be unavailable while work is being completed. While rentals are permitted during this time, construction conditions are disruptive and are outside of our control. Rental rates reflect the anticipated construction impacts and uncertainty associated with booking during an active construction period. Although Building B is currently expected to be completed by approximately February 22, 2027, construction within Surf & Racquet Club is anticipated to continue in other buildings through approximately September 2027. Guests staying after work is completed on Building B may still experience construction-related noise and activity elsewhere within the complex.

The adjacent wooden dining table offers 6 seagrass chairs while the neighboring bar stool area offers seating for an additional 2. Windows line the walls of this end villa allowing warm sunlight to pour in through the plantation shutters.

Down the hall lies the master bedroom featuring a king bed with soft white bedding, a flat screen smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The same dazzling wood floors continue throughout.

The 2nd bedroom across the hall boasts 2 queen sized beds with a chest of drawers and a flat screen smart TV. The second bathroom offers a combo shower/tub and opens to the hall for convenient use from the family room.
