It was completely renovated in 2026.
Enjoy the small garden with a terrace with, dining area, barbecue, and sunbeds.
Ideally located in a quiet street, 15 minutes from La Rochelle, this 60 m² house is perfect for a seaside getaway.
Everything is within walking distance: Beach, market, restaurants and shops.
Our house is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, induction hob, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine...) open to the living room, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.
There is also a garage in which you can fit your bikes or motorbikes.
There is a small car park on the plot and parking on the street
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
