In the village, stone house on 2 levels of 70 m², adjoining gite 27182, it is composed as follows: Ground floor : - Living room/kitchen - WC Fl: - 2 bedrooms each with 2 80x200cm beds that can be combined into 1 160x200cm bed with adjoining open shower room - WC - Common enclosed garden of 1500 m² - Private garden of 100 m² - Garden furniture - Gas griddle In common with the other cottage: - Swimming pool open and heated from May 16 to October 4 (9x3 meters, depth 1.4 meters), secured by an audible alarm. Access to the pool is only permitted to persons specified in the rental agreement - 8 deckchairs around the swimming pool - Solar outdoor shower - Parking in the property - Air conditioning in the bedrooms - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Wifi - Hair dryer - Breakfast basket available at an additional cost (€13/person, minimum order for 2 people) - Two restaurants in the village open all year round (except in winter) - Restaurants, ATM, and convenience store located in the village Village house with heated swimming pool between Propriano and Porto-Vecchio
