Little Women's Villa Condo in Village Stream

Welcome to Little Women's Villa where you will be only 1.5 miles from the main strip of Parkway. Your stay is a 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom with a full Kitchen, living room & private balcony where you can enjoy some Smokey Mountain views! You will have access to the condo's community pool that is open during the warm months of summer. You will have WIFI, and smart ROKU TV available. Washer & dryer on premises. Towels, soaps & toilet paper provided. Enjoy the Village Stream right outside your door!
The space
Your stay is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with an additional jacuzzi room & sofa bed sleeper. You will have a full Kitchen with dishwasher, full size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave and all utensils, pots and pans provided. You will have a balcony, washer & dryer on premises. Community pool that is open during the warm summer months. You will be 1.5 miles from the main strip of Parkway where there are sky lifts, coasters down the mountain, shopping, restaurants & much more! You will be 10 miles from Dollywood.
Guest access
You will have access to the community pool outside that is open only during the warm months of summer. Community barbecue pit & laundry mat room that is also on the premises. Laundry Mat takes quarters and is located down the steps by the pool.
Other things to note
Towels, rags, soaps, toilet paper and dishwashing pod is provided for your stay. Shampoo, conditioner & coffee is not provided.

We can't accommodate early check in times before 4pm as the cleaning crew has planned their time accordingly and needs the full time to get the place perfect for your stay. You're welcome to come anytime after 4pm. Thank you for understanding.

Checkout is at 11am sharp as cleaners have planned accordingly.
CHECKOUT RULES:
Bring all trash accumulated during your stay to the dumpster located in the outside parking lot. Place all used dishes & silverware in the dishwasher and put a dishwashing Pod in and turn it on. Pods are located under the kitchen sink. Place all used towels and rags in the bathtubs.
Cleaners have very tight deadlines and even minor delays can cause major scheduling conflicts and result in additional charges which are passed on to the guest. Consequences for late checkouts are:
$25 after the first 30 minutes and additionally $50 will REOCCUR EVERY 30 minutes until the premises has been vacated.
**No Smoking indoors and no pets allowed.**
**No events or parties.**

Overall stay at Little Women’s Villa

The stay was very cozy, balcony had a nice tiny creek to sit back and relax, everything was well furnished. No complaints whatsoever, only downside was not being able to book more days!! Would definitely recommend booking after spending a long day in Gatlinburg!

We were really impressed with he property once we got there. The roads to get there were a little scary at times. We loved being able to go out and sit in the balcony in the morning and listen to the small stream running.

The chalet near to Gatlinburg everything is clean an cozy , the only thing is when you fill the jacuzzi the hot water runs out, and there is no more hot water in the whole chalet but everything is clean and good to stay .

Lovely Hideaway

The little women’s villa has a Nice home-y feel to it. The creek running under the building was a nice touch as it sounded like rain. My husband loved watching all the baby chipmunks play around the creek from the balcony. My 11 yr old loved the decor so much and the colors of the condo. The condo was a vibe itself. The condo is on the second floor of the building and the master bed is upstairs in the loft. I was provided a key code to enter the condo and we had no issues whatsoever getting in at any time. There were plenty of towels and rags for us 3. I brought my own from home just in case. We didn’t use many dishes but there are plenty. The property owner was very nice and helpful with everything.WiFi and tvs worked fine. The tv in the bedroom downstairs turns off when the light switch is turned off. We couldn’t figure it out but thought maybe it was a safety thing. We never saw a bear around the condo also the property was nice and quiet at all times. It was no issue though. Overall stay was great and we would definitely recommend and would stay again.

The condo was very neat & clean.

We enjoyed the condo. It was neat & clean. The inside looks much better than the outside of the building. The only downfall was that the upstairs bedroom was open (with no door or tv). It was like a loft and I didn't expect that. Overall the place was great!
