The high quality equipped holiday home offers a cozy living quality on 2 levels. The large, invisible garden with terrace facing south invites you to linger and relax. Garden furniture (table with chairs), parasol and lounger are available.
The bakery is within walking distance, so you can start the day with fresh bread on the terrace.

There is a children's playground in Park Zeewind 2 and a heated outdoor swimming pool for free during the summer holidays.

Bredene is a family-friendly seaside resort with one of the most beautiful rows of dunes on the entire coast. The 12 km long, undeveloped sandy beach in the nature reserve is only a 15-minute walk away.
If there is enough wind, there is also space for sports activities such as surfing, kiting or windsurfing.

Thanks to its location, Bredene is an ideal starting point for excursions to the famous Flemish art cities of Bruges, Ghent, Brussels and Ieper. Ostend is also within reach,

Super schönes Haus

Der check in ist reibungslos verlaufen.Die Küchenausstattung hat alles was man brauch für seinen Aufenthalt.Wlan empfang ist super.Garten ist super eingezäunt wenn man mit Kindern und Hund verreist.Man ist in 3min mit den Auto am nahe gelegen Strandabschnitt und auch andere abschnitte sind sehr schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie zb. Lidl sind auch nur 4 min mit dem Auto entfernt.Das Haus ist auch schön eingerichtet damit man sich direkt Wohlfühlen kann.Bei fragen hat man auch direkt von der Vermieterin Antwort bekommen und auch bei anderen Themen vor der Buchung war die Kommunikation immer super gewesen.

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Urlaubswochen mit 3 Kindern und Hund in diesem sehr sauberen und modern eingerichteten Feriendomizil verbracht, welches sich ebenfalls in einer sauberen und ruhigen Anlage befindet. Die Ausstattung hat uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen, weder in Bad, Küche, Wohnraum, Schlafräumen und im Garten hat etwas gefehlt. Die Kinder, der Hund, mein Mann und ich haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Check-Inn war durch die ausführlichen Informationen vor Anreise völlig problemlos und der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin stets sehr freundlich. Wir bedanken uns bei Familie Pistono und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Familie Lohse.

Wer auf Sauberkeit KEINEN Wert legt, ist hier genau richtig

Unser Aufenthalt betrug lediglich 3 Std. anstatt 5 Tage da wir uns entschieden haben, unseren Urlaub nicht in diesem Haus zu verbringen. Beim öffnen der Haustür schon Türklinke abgefallen. Tor draussen schwer zu öffen. Haus ebenso schwer zu finden. Unangenehmer Geruch in Gäste-WC, Flur und Bad. Bad extrem dreckig. Das Haus hat vor unserer Ankunft definitiv keine Putzfrau gesehen. Brotkrümel der Vormieter auf Esstisch und in der Küche. Mülleimer, Schubladen Küche, Arbeitsplatte, Backblech dreckig. Kühlschrank hat gestunken. Keine Garderobe. Jacken mussten über Stühle gehangen werden. Terassentür mit provisorischem Draht zum zuziehen. Nachtspeicherheizung! Stand nicht in der Anzeige. Schlafzimmer EG nicht gemacht. Betten lediglich vom Vormieter abgezogen. Kissen, Sofa, Teppisch Flecken. Schlafzimmer im 2. OG offener Raum. Stand nichts von in der Anzeige. 2. Schlafzimmer im OG nicht bewohnbar. Beim Dachfenster sah man den Bauschaum. Renovierungsarbeiten wohl noch nicht fertig. Baumaterialen lagen noch im Zimmer rum. Wir wissen das man in einem Ferienhaus nicht den Standard wie zu Hause erwarten kann, aber man sollte sich wenigstens willkommen fühlen! Eigentümerin vor einer Woche kontakiert. Keine Rückmeldung! So sieht keine Gastfreundschaft aus.

kurzfristige Alternativunterkunft

Die gebuchte Unterkunft wurde 1 Tag vor Anreise wegen Renovierungsarbeiten abgesagt. Stattdessen wurde ein "ähnliches" Haus angeboten. Dieses verfügte aber nicht über die gebuchten Angebote wie TV, Stereoanlage, Kaminofen. Ein Kontakt zur Vermieterin wegen dieser Mängel war nicht herzustellen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, eine Teilerstattung, die angebracht gewesen wäre erfolgte aufgrund des nicht herzustellenden Kontakts nicht, so dass wir enttäuscht einen Tag früher abreisten.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet, mit sehr hochwertigen Küchenmaterialien, -geräten und wirklich allem, was man an Geschirr, Gläsern etc. benötigt. War unser insgesamt 8. Haus in Zeewind (12), aber mit Abstand das Beste! Klare 5/5 und wir würden uns freuen wiederzukommen!

Schön eingerichtet, aber etwas sauberer könnte es sein!

Wir waren über Ostern 1 Woche im Ferienhaus in Bredene. Das einchecken ging problemlos, leider musste man etwas suchen um das Ferienhaus zu finden, der Parkplatz ist vorhanden mit der Nummer, jedoch das Haus nicht ausgeschildert, geht sicherlich besser. Nach einem Labyrinth lauf von ca 50 Metern findet man dann das Haus. Leider konnte man den angepriesenen Ofen mangels Brennholz nicht nutzen. schade denn anfang April ist es abends noch kalt. Ebenfalls könnte man hinter der Heizung im Wohnzimmer mal sauber machen. Die Dusch Türe schließt leider auch nicht dicht ab. Die Region ist schön, die Ausstattung des Hauses ist auch top, aber aufgrund des fehlenden brennholz und der mäßigen Sauberkeit 1 Stern abzug!

Emplacement idéal pour promenade à la plage. Maison conforme à l annonce, propre et joliment décoré . Jardin idéal pour chien. Petit bémol. Maison très froide à l arrivé. Chauffage du salon cuisine ne chauffe pas assez.

Excellente location. Juste pas de chaîne francophone à la télévision et poutre dangereuse lors de la montée à l'étage. Mis à part cela tout est conforme à l'annonce.

In Ordnung

Im großen und ganzen war der Aufenthalt super, die Anlage angenehem und für die Kinder ideal Das Haus war für uns als Familie genau richtig. Jedoch war es nicht so ganz sauber, vorallem der Duschbereich mussten wir zuerst reinigen. Ein modernisierter Duschbereich würde ich empfehlen da die Duschkabine nicht mehr richtig dicht hält. In den Schlafräumen war leider viel staub im Bereich. Trotz den kleinen Kritikpunkten war es alles in allem ein sehr tolles Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Empfehlen es definitiv weiter.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir waren in einem sauberen und von der Küche her vollumfänglich ausgestatteten Ferienhaus untergebracht. Eine oder zwei Nachttischlampen mehr wären schön gewesen. Ansonsten fanden wir alles vor wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit eingezäuntem Garten in guter Lage

Das Ferienhaus Hermine war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut. Die Lage war sehr gut. Der Strand, Restaurants und die Innenstadt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Es war auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach DeHaan, Brügge, Blankenberge und Ostende. Wir würden das Haus auch zukünftig wieder mieten.
