You’ll have this cozy polder house and its beautifully landscaped garden all to yourself. The house is located in the quiet and well-maintained Zeebos vacation complex in Bredene. No street noise reaches this area, and the house features its own wind-protected, fully fenced garden with a covered barbecue terrace, seating areas, and a private parking space for your car. The house features a bathroom with a separate toilet.

Guests at Zeebos Park have free access to a small children’s playground and, during summer vacation, a heated outdoor swimming pool. Since the pool is located in the so-called nature park, you’ll always find a shady spot there.

Pets: Well-behaved four-legged family members are welcome by arrangement—in Bredene, there’s even a large dog park open during the day, even during summer vacation.

The house is about 700 meters from the natural dunes. A wide sandy beach invites you to take kilometer-long walks—a day at Bredene Beach is simply unforgettable for both children and adults.

The ocean view is unobstructed, and the beach stretches for kilometers. Featuring a cozy living/dining room, 4 beds, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet, an entryway, and a kitchen (fully equipped with, among other things, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, small oven, stove, exhaust hood, freezer, toaster, free unlimited internet access (Telenet) with Wi-Fi, Nespresso capsule machine, and filter coffee maker, etc.), TV with satellite channels, Blu-ray player with DVDs, baby equipment (crib, high chair, baby bathtub, stroller, sandbox in the private garden).

A washing machine and dryer, reserved exclusively for the home’s residents, are located in a separate annex. The house features a large night storage heater that provides consistent warmth. Equipped with games for children and adults, books, beach toys, a hair dryer, and Velux roof blinds in the bedroom and children’s room.

The house has its own flower-filled garden with a covered patio and direct access from the living room. The garden is completely enclosed by a privacy fence and is virtually hidden from view. There, well sheltered from the wind, you’ll find a cozy swing chair, a garden table with chairs, a grill, and a sandbox.

Stairs in Belgium are a bit steeper than you might be used to; please note that your dog may not want to go up the stairs... Smoking is not permitted in our homes.

The listed price includes electricity costs and a final cleaning.

We can provide a laundry service for €20 per person. You’re welcome to bring your own bed linens, bath towels, and dish towels.
Of course, this doesn’t include comforters, pillows, wool blankets, etc.—we have plenty of those on site. We’re only talking about the linens…
