Clean & walking distance to Broadway but bring your own pots & pans, toilet paper , towels & blanket to sleep with & mattress topper or air mattress blow up one of the bedrooms mattress is BADLY worn out lumpy mattress seriously needs new one I be embarrassed rent property out like this!

Beautiful Condo

This is a very modern condo within walking distance of Broadway, which was fun! You might encounter some interesting characters along the way. The property has good security. It's located right by the freeway, so it can be loud at times. The condo was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms and bathrooms were big. I would recommend mirrors be installed in the bedrooms as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and one full size in the hallway. We would stay here again.

Spacious condo - walking distance to action

Muse is a new property in a great location to walk to the lower Broadway area where all of the action is. Easily accommodated a group of 6 guys for a bachelor weekend. The only area that needs improvement is kitchen utensils - or lack there of. Items such as a spatula ,wooden spoons , etc would be good to have to make a quick breakfast before starting your day. Overall, we loved Muse and would stay there again when in Nashville

Everything about the stay was good until our last two nights when we discovered two giant cockroaches. One was in the master bathroom one night and we discovered another one in the living room the next night. They were huge! Other than the bugs the host was easy to get in touch with, accommodating and everything appeared clean.

beautiful modern apartment close to downtown

next to interstate so noisy at night. Surprised no washer/dryer in the unit or building which is a problem for long stays. Didn't know how to get in touch with Vacasa rental. I received a text but no response to mine.

Great place. Poor customer service.

We got there and place looked great. However, there was smelly full trash can in kitchen. Also hairs in two of the beds. We called when we arrived and they said they were going to send a crew…. no one ever came the entire weekend. I spent probably 2 hrs calling and texting during the stay without a single response from a local team. Other than that small little detail😳, the place was great. Could use some fitted sheets on beds tho. Great location, clean, well-appointed and safe. Parking was never an issue.

Beautiful new condo. The road noise was really bad in the bedrooms. We saw eye plugs on the nightstands and understand why, the building sits on the busy highway. The furniture is beautiful but the beds were super soft and tough for those with any kind of back issues! The condo was very clean! At the end of the hallway there was a great outdoor balcony with tables and couches to hang out on. It faced the opposite side so wasn't too loud with road noise. The condo has a balcony but you wouldn't sit out there because the road noise is horribly loud. Great location a 15 minute walk to broadway street.

Rough start but great stay

It took almost an hour to get into room. The code worked to get into the building but not the apartment itself. Luckily the building manager was on site and let us in to drop off luggage. The district manager was then able to give us a new code. Vacasa was not helpful. The customer service on the phone line was rude and did not give best feedback or advice to move forward. As mentioned, luckily the building manager was able to let us in. Our stay was nice. Room was cleaned and enough towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The unit was spacious and updated. Mattresses were soft as mentioned in many reviews. Highway noise was loud but not enough to be a bother. There were ear plugs available for anyone who needed.
