This was a great place. The layout really allows for some privacy if you’re with a group. Beds are comfortable. The host was very helpful and accommodating.
This is a lovely home with plenty of room and very comfortable for 3 couples or a family. Davina was a great host and responded quickly when we had a question. I highly recommend this house!
We really enjoyed our stay in the capitol district! Great location and the house was very clean. Check in was easy and the host was responsive. We’ll definitely stay there next time!
Great house for all six of us to be together but also to have our own private spaces. Close location to downtown for entertainment, shopping and restaurants. Host was very responsive to our questions.
Home looked exactly like the pictures. Very clean and and close to everything. Perfect for 4 ladies on a getaway. We each had our own bedroom. Hostess was very responsive.
Fantastic location to downtown, easy access and very comfortable. Perfect for three couples to enjoy each others company and each couple have their own private space.
The place was fantastic! Close enough to Broadway we could walk in the afternoon and short Uber ride home in the evening. Close to a nice park and Farmers Market to walk around in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
This property was perfect for my grump of 7. Lots of space for privacy with great shared spaces. Ubers to Broadway and around town were reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

About the host
Hosted by Davina Kraeger
I came to Nashville long ago by way of Kansas City (KCMO) but originally from Alabama. I also had a two year stint in New York. I love Nashville city life and enjoy the convenience of being close to so many event venues and restaurants but still walking distance to a beautiful state park and greenway. I like to furnish places and host. Determined writer and aspiring morning person. I speak English and Pig Latin. Owner/Agent
Why they chose this property
This is my neighborhood. Such a wonderful mix of people. You'll see tourists and locals paling around. We walk to the Farmer's Market. We stroll in the Bicentennial State Park. We eat at the restaurants in Capitol View (or grab groceries). I like to play foosball on the terrace at Capitol View too (I bring my own ball!)
What makes this property unique
I consider my home your place of rest after a long (but awesome!) day of exploring all Nashville has to offer. There's no bright neon signs saying Nashville at my place-sorry. But there are lots of blankets, pillows and supplies to make you most comfortable :-)
