Great location. Pretty clean. Great view of the sound. Less than 100 yards feom a coffee shop. Very close to lots of good restaurants. 10 minute walk to waterfront. Very comfortable home.

House was clean and tidy when we arrived. We loved staying here and will definitely book again if the need arises. It was comfortable for us 5 adults. Landscaping, views, and proximity to everything from local restaurants to the Link station at Angle Lake, this place was everything we needed for a great weekend in Seattle. 10 out of 10!!

Nice location, but needs updates.

We loved the location, but the accommodations needed some upgrades in the bathroom and one of the bedrooms. Cleanliness was fairly good except for stained rugs, bathtub and lots of dirt and fuzzies under the broken queen bed.

Great location!

View was absolutely beautiful! However, I wouldn’t suggest this house for infants or toddlers. The heat takes a long time to kick in, and doesn’t quite warm up the house. Other than that excellent location! Close to Tukwila, Auburn, and Federal Way! Airport was 9 min away, and that was everything to us because we were traveling with kids.

Great view. The heat did not work well. We arrived to a chilly 54 degree house. There were no directions on how to turn on the heat units, after bundling in blankets for a day, one of the property managers showed us how to turn on the individual heat units. Even with those set at 75 it only warmed 65. The beds were horrible, they are old sleep number mattresses that didnt work.

Not for long term rental

I stayed at this property for 3 weeks. Although the check in process and cleanliness of the property, location were upto par. This was not a rental I would recommend for longer than 2 days. First of all the mattress in both the rooms were absolutely a nightmare to sleep on. For 3 days I tried it but then I bought my own quilt and throw and was sleeping on the living room floor! You can imagine how bad this would have to be to do that in your 20s . There were spiders in the bed and I was not comfortable sleeping on that. Secondly , for a 3 week rental there were 2 toilet rolls, 3 dishwashers tablets, 1 tiny tiny shampoo pack and less than a quarter tissue box to use. For paying almost 4000 dollars for the 3 weeks that is just plain greediness and these basic necessities should be included for the full stay. I absolutely would not stay here again or recommend this to anyone else if they wanted to stay longer than 2 days.

A number of snafus

We were very excited to stay in this home over Christmas with family coming in from out of state. First the lock instructions were wrong - they talked about the code on the keypad, and this did not work after many tries. We had to call in, and it turned out we had to get a key to open the door. Then when we got in, the cleaning was not done after the previous guests. The house was dirty, the garbage full, the beds still slept in. We called again and no cleaners were available. We had to do the laundry, wash the sheets, and clean the house ourselves before our guests arrived that night. Then we realized there was no book of instructions for using the Wifi of the home. We could not connect; the access point was broken. Once again we had to call; they said they were working on it, but no one came to fix it during our 6 day stay. What else? There was no salt in the house (what vacation home has no salt?) so we had to go get some. The oven didn't work right so the food we cooked didn't come out. The tub didn't drain properly so we stood in water as we showered. I just got tired of calling and asking for more assistance. We were offered a concession on our cost but I had to ask several times for confirmation, and each time had to reintroduce ourselves to a new customer service person. This is in a great location and we were happy to see the Sound each day. We were not asking for extra things - just the basics of a stay. Cleanliness, wi-fi, a working lock, people to come fix things.

Great view!

Beautiful view of the sound! We loved the short walk to the arcade, pizza, and auntie Irene’s cafe. The house was clean. A few too many trinkets for young kids but they were easily put up out of reach. The only downside of the stay is that the internet was very spotty. That was a problem for us as we worked from home. We’d definitely stay again!
