As soon as you arrive, you will appreciate its warm atmosphere and its layout designed to make your stay as pleasant as it is practical. The bright living room is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV with Freeview, a hi-fi system and free Wi-Fi access. Board games are also available for you to share convivial moments with family or friends.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease. It includes an induction hob, an oven, a multifunction microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a capsule coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster as well as all the necessary crockery and utensils.

The second bedroom accommodates two beds in 90 cm bunk beds, perfectly suited for children or teenagers. The additional bed can accommodate up to 6 guests in comfortable conditions.
For your comfort, you will also benefit from a washing machine, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board as well as a drying rack.

Outside, enjoy a pleasant area equipped with garden furniture, outdoor furniture, sunbeds and parasol. The barbecue will be an opportunity to enjoy beautiful summer evenings after a day spent at the beach or discovering the landscapes of the island. A private car park completes the services of the house.
