Large house completely renovated with heated swimming pool, with private garden, 5 minutes away from the beach on foot for up to 18 people.
285 m2 house renovated in 2022 with a big garden and a swimming pool of 10m x 3m, ideally located 5 minutes away on foot from the beach of La Brée and 300 meters away from the market and the town centre.
The house is on two floors with 2 kitchens, 7 bedrooms plus a games’ room that can be transformed into a bedroom on request, 3 bathrooms plus another one with shower and two large living rooms. 3 of the bedrooms can be arranged with double beds or single beds x 2 on request. The games room can accommodate two single beds if needed. A BBQ and a table tennis table are at your disposal.

The house can accommodate up to 16 adults and two children when you convert the game’s room into a bedroom.

Cleaning and bed sheets: In July and August, cleaning and bed sheets are included in the price. The rest of the year, it is not included but it is available from the concierges on demand. Their prices vary depending on how many people are staying. In July and August, weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The house, and location suited us very well, giving us a brilliant holiday. The house itself with the 8 bedrooms and large living room / kitchen worked so well. As did the outdoor seating area and of course the pool. The proximity of a superb market, plus baker and store helped make everything so easy as did the proximity of the beach and many good cycle pathsWe also like the ' timbre' of the house clean, comfortable but not scarily smart, also Véronique leaving things like spices, olive oil, salt, Balsamique, etc, really helps. It is hard to imagine finding anywhere better for a big family (16 of us, 4-72) celebration holiday.

Great place for a big messy family holiday. Huge house, two kitchens (we only used the bigger one but I could imagine a family situation where a couple might prefer to keep their food separate for example), good sized clean fenced pool. Lovely sitting room and big outdoor space. Upper floor bed rooms are lovely, four basement floor bed rooms are smaller and don't have wardrobes. House is well equipped with new washer/dryer etc, dishwashers and huge amounts of crockery, glasses, cooking pans. (Not always the case in rental properties). Parking on the drives. House is near a fabulous beach, cycle rental and shops and the Le Bree market with everything you need. We were lucky with the weather and could BBQ and eat outside and could also have our dog with us. (Though beaches don't accept dogs in the daytime) It's not the poshest place we ever stayed but gave us a relaxed group family holiday with something for all ages (15 to 80).

The house’s space and location were superb. We were a family of three generations from in our 60s to two little babies with little ones, a teenager and other adults in between. Absolutely every one adored our week away. Extremely well equipped kitchen and loads of space inside and out for people to relax, chat and eat. The pool also kept everyone happy. The local market was fabulous and we didn’t use our car at all!

This is the perfect house for a large group of people to vacation together. Lots of space, two kitchens and plenty of lounging and eating areas. A 10 minute walk to a great beach, 5 minutes to the daily market and some great restaurants. The pool was the perfect place for the teens to hang out and others just to cool off. Comfortable beds and large bedrooms were just right. We had one issue but it was resolved in a day by the very attentive concierge. We loved the house and the island and we’ll definitely be back.

A fantastic family home

We have loved staying in this beautiful house in la Brée-les-Bains with our family. It is so spacious, equipped with all amenities and utensils you could think of and the pool was a big hit with everyone. It is perfectly located just a few minutes by foot from the market or shops. Great communication with the owners who provided us with helpful tips for things to do on the island and the concierge service organised bicycles for us which we loved.

Points positifs :Cette location est très adaptée pour un groupe. Grands et petits peuvent cohabiter sans soucis. Localisation très pratique : marché et plage à proximité. Coin calme.Bien équipée ; grande table, four et frigo de grande contenance ce qui est bien pratique. Jeux pour enfants, etc...Nombre de WC et de salle de bains appréciable.Points à revoir :1 wc n'a pas pu être utilisé car ne fonctionnait pas (pour 10 sur un étage cela a été un peu gênant)Compte tenu de la gamme tarifaire appliquée, des salles d'eaux plus modernes et moins spartiates et tristounes au rez de chaussée auraient été appréciées. Mais il est vrai elles ont le mérite d'exister.Le chauffage ayant été coupé nous avons eu un peu froid.Avis au global très positif ... y avons passé un bon week end familial.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison à 15 pers. Si le nombre de couchages correspond à l’annonce, plusieurs éléments nuancent fortement le confort.Certaines chambres sont en sous-sol, avec une humidité marquée, accentuée par l’absence de ventilation (type VMC). Cette humidité se retrouve aussi dans certaines salles de bain, ce qui affecte le séjour.Les chambres du rez-de-chaussée manquent de rangements : pas de placards, seulement quelques meubles d’appoint et patères. Pour un groupe de cette taille sur une semaine, cela s’est révélé insuffisant.À notre arrivée, plusieurs problèmes :* Propreté insuffisante malgré le forfait ménage (poussière, cuisine sale, déchets dans le range-couverts, cheveux, poubelles pleines)* Équipements défaillants ou incomplets (robinet non fixé, matériel de cuisine manquant, peu d’accroches)* Confort limité dans les salles de bain (rideaux de douche, pas de sèche-serviettes, humidité) dont une ressemble plus à une buanderie qu’à une sdb* Chauffage du RDC non fonctionnel* Mobilier extérieur uséCes points ont été signalés rapidement. Le propriétaire a été réactif, mais certaines réparations n’ont pas été effectuées.Enfin, aucun geste commercial n’a été proposé, malgré un tarif élevé.En résumé, capacité conforme, photos ne reflètent pas la réalité (sdb du rdc horribles) mais confort, entretien et équipements en décalage avec le prix.

À titre d’information pour les futurs voyageurs, nous accueillons depuis 4 ans avec une note globale est de 9,6/10. Concernant les points signalés à l’arrivée (propreté, robinet, matériel de cuisine, chauffage du RDC, mobilier extérieur), nous confirmons avoir déclenché immédiatement les interventions nécessaires (conciergerie, plombier, artisan) et complété le salon de jardin. Ces points ne correspondent pas à nos standards, et nous vous remercions de nous les avoir remontés afin qu’ils soient corrigés. Je confirme aussi que le robinet de la salle de bains/buanderie a bien été changé. Sur l’agencement et les équipements : les chambres en niveau bas, la pièce d’eau utilisée aussi comme buanderie, la chambre servant également de salle de jeux, ainsi que l’absence de sèche-serviettes et la présence de rideaux de douche sont indiqués sur l’annonce et visibles sur les photos. Les pièces concernées disposent d’ouvertures permettant l’aération. Merci pour vos photos : les reprises de finition signalées (taches, peinture autour d’une tringle, retouches) sont planifiées. Concernant votre demande de geste commercial, une remise de 10% avait déjà été appliquée lors de la réservation. Logement spacieux, nous étions 17 (9 adultes et 8 enfants) et nous ne nous sommes pas marchés sur les pieds ! 2 grands espaces de vie sont repartis permettant à chacune des générations de cohabiter !!Les cuisines sont parfaitement équipées, les literies sont excellentes et l'accueil est impeccable Excellent séjour de l'avis de tous !

Das Haus ist auf zwei Etagen komfortabel ausgestattet. Beide Küchen sind gut bestückt und der Pool ist absolut klasse. Für den Urlaub mit mehreren Familien ideal.

Séjour très agréable

Notre séjour s'est passé à merveille. La maison est très sympa avec ses 2 espaces de vie. Les cuisines sont très bien équipées. La plage est toute proche. Nous avons pu y aller à pied tous les jours.
