Brand new villa with 2 apartments for 8 people each which can ideally be united to one private villa for a maximum of 16 people. Stunning view on Lake Como with Isola Comacina and surrounding mountains. Swimmingpool and sun deck.

Apartment 1: groundfloor with private garden. 4 bedrooms: 2 with king-size doublebed and 2 with each 2 singlebeds. 4 fully equipped bathrooms: 3 ensuite bathrooms (2 with shower box and 1 with bathtube/shower), 4th bathroom is separate with shower box. Openplan kitchen-dining-living. Free WiFi and TV. Dishwasher, Fridge and Freezer, Oven, Cooking, Washingmachine and Tumbler, Ironing.
