Maybe this is a new house but the whole process seemed clunky. House wasn't ready at check in time and then no communication when it was ready. House was well stocked with linens and such. Quiet neighborhood. Good location as far as accessing the interstate. Owner was very responsive. Pool and hot tub are not heated unless you pay an additional 75/day for pool and 25/day for hot tub. This is stated in the house rules but was real hard to find in the app.

Thank you for your feedback, however it is listed in several places on my listing that in the colder months there is a charge to heat the pool. Regarding the spa fee you were very aware of that since you paid for it during booking as it is an option at that time. There are a handful of pools in Las Vegas that are open this time of year because it is too cold to fully enjoy the pool. You could have arrived by 3pm and the house was ready. I cannot control what you see on VRBO regarding the rules and fees on my listing. I do offer earlier check in for guests when available, had you arrived to the property at 3pm like we ask you too you would have seen it was ready.

Great stay. Very clean, nice pool and hot tub. Had everything we needed for 3 nights. 10 min from downtown. We took our work team for the 4th and it was perfect.

This home was perfect for our stay. All the bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms and nice big beds. The back yard is beautiful with lots of amenities to enjoy. We loved the fire pits and hot tub for the cool winter nights.

Wonderful family vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The kids (and adults) loved the heated pool and hot tub. The house is huge and provided enough privacy for everyone. Ari, the property manager was accommodating and great with communication. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was amazing and we had the best time. The only complaint was not being able to use the pool because it wasn’t heated. That being said it was winter so I guess understandable. I will say that my contact person went above and beyond in helping find a watch that was left behind. We didn’t know where it was left, it belonged to one of our kiddos, and after the next group of people left he was able to go back to the house and after searching high and low found it in the last place we would have looked and mailed it to us. Would absolutely recommend this to adults looking for a relaxing, quiet location or a family wanting entertainment for the kids.

Home and amenities were amazing. A little on the pricey side but well worth it. The blackjack table, Foosball, pool and hot tub were the stars of the show for my kids and kept everyone entertained. Highly recommend this property!!

Great Place for Connecting

Our family needed a get away to get caught up, laugh and be present with one another. This home is perfect with lots of options to play games, swim, conversing in and outdoors, and cooking together. The location is in easy proximity to shopping, activities and the Vegas Strip.
