House with a pool in St-Gely du Fesc

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in the heart of the village, only 10 minutes from Montpellier.
You enjoy an ideal location: golf course accessible from the village, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Hérault river (25 minutes), the Damoiselles and Clamouse caves,.... To vary the pleasures according to your desires: lazing on the beaches, swimming in the river, canoeing, hiking, cultural discoveries or simple moments of relaxation by the pool...
The house and its spaces are fully privatized. It has a key box to ensure security and allow free access for the various holidaymakers. It can accommodate 6 people (or 10 with extra beds for children/teenagers), It has a capacity that will leave you all the space you need to enjoy the whole house.

The single-storey accommodation is composed of:

- 1 air-conditioned living room with 1 living room, 1 dining room and 1 kitchen.
- The kitchen, modern equipped and open to a living room and a dining room. Equipment: 5-burner induction stove, microwave oven, Airfryer, Senseo coffee maker (and also filter and espresso if you wish), dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster; 1 Top refrigerator is also available to keep your favourite drinks cold in the laundry room.

- 1 bedroom, double bed 160x200 with 2 extra beds 1 person, ventilated room
- 1 bedroom double bed 140x190 (with 1 extra bed 140); air-conditioned bedroom

- 1 laundry room equipped with a 9kg washing machine, dryer, TOP refrigerator.

Possibility of a travel cot for young children on request. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with a fixed mosquito net on the windows.

We leave at our disposal board games for children and adults, storey books and novels, toys for boys and some toys for girls (to be specified at the time of rental because we currently have only one grandson close to us).

The accommodation is equipped with WIFI.

680 m² of land offering you a large terrace of 35 m² with secure swimming pool. You can sunbathe or relax on a deckchair, while keeping an eye on the children having fun in the pool.

Our environment is very quiet. We have neighbors around the house which is surrounded by vegetation and fences. It is possible not to have vis-à-vis depending on where you are. The pool area is out of sight. The garden as well. The houses around with windows upstairs could have a look. However, in the 13 years that we have been here, these few areas have not bothered us and have not had any problems with our neighbours.PGJyPg
SWIMMING POOL:

The measurements of the pool are 8 m x 4 m: an area for the little ones, or for having an aperitif sitting in the water; the main pool is deep from 1.20 m to 1.90 m. It is equipped with a swimming pool barrier to NF standards for the safety of all, a bubble cover to be placed at night to keep the temperature.

Sunbeds and deckchairs are available. Water toys also for the happiness of young and old, as well as some beach toys.

On the other side, a pleasant garden, dining area for up to 10 people in the shade every evening, wood-fired barbecue with all the necessary equipment (charcoal will be at your disposal). Perfect for your aperitif evenings and card games.

HOLIDAY ACCESS:

2 private parking spaces are dedicated to you. Free parking nearby. It will not be possible to park on the enclosed grounds of the house.

THE ENVIRONMENT:

VILLAGE: all shops, we are 3 minutes by car from the Intermarché Saint-Gély du Fesc supermarket, open until 9pm and 7 days a week (except Sunday until 2:00pm) and Drive. 3 min walk from an Aldi. The local market in the village is held every Saturday morning with local producers. The Carrefour hypermarket in St Clément de Rivière, with Drive 7 min by car. Many shops in the village of high quality (butcher, organic baker, cheesemonger, fishmonger, pizzerias, sushi, restaurants).

VISITS / LEISURE

BEACH SIDE: Montpellier south, accessible in 25 minutes, beaches of Carnon, Palavas les Flots then La Grande Motte (remember to bring your beach towels and towels)

RIVER SIDE: the Hérault for swimming (Saint-Bauzille de Putois, Laroque, Brissac...) canoeing.

COTE VILLAGE

5 minutes from the house you can enjoy the Coulondres Golf Course, adjacent to the Bois de Coulondres, which is home to deer and mouflons.PGJyPg
Less than 2 km from the house, a pretty medieval village "Les Matelles" where you will enjoy strolling.

CITY SIDE: Montpellier can be reached by bike (bring your own bikes) in 15 minutes. By bus 200 m from the house to reach the TRAM; the city centre is accessible in 20 minutes. 15 minutes by car, you will find a free ZOO with the possibility of picnicking. Montpellier has a large Aquarium accessible by car and especially by Tramway very easily.

LAND SIDE: 25 minutes from the house you will discover, another medieval village Saint-Guilhem le Désert, the caves of the Demoiselles, Clamouse... Several hikes of the Pic St Loup and around the village await you if you wish.

You are welcome in our house that we entrust to you. We will be on family holidays near Saint-Gély and remain willing to give all the technical or leisure information and good deals to holidaymakers doing us the honour of choosing our home.

Other remarks:

We have a cat of about twelve years old, who lives outside because we like animals but not inside so as not to disturb the various occupants to the comfort inside (allergy). We will ask you to kindly give him his meals and water during your stay. This is also the reason why pets are not allowed to avoid any conflicts and inconveniences.

We ask holidaymakers not to make any noise outside after 11pm (garden, terrace and especially swimming pool) to respect the neighbours who could sleep with the windows open due to the hot evenings and be bothered by music or lively discussions.
Private events are allowed within the limits of the internal rules of our house, i.e. no more noise after 11pm outside. We mean private events by family gatherings in reasonably limited groups such as birthdays, thus excluding wedding-type reunions, baptisms bringing together many guests.

We provide bed linen. On the other hand, we ask holidaymakers to bring their hand and beach towels.
