Multiple lights and switches did not work. Ants in the kitchen. Only one TV worked. Games missing pieces ie ping pong ball cracked and no puck for air hockey. Table for cards was flimsy at best.
Will rent this house again for sure! Hosts were awesome and very communicative, almost instant responses with questions. The electronics did not work as advertised (projector in game room, TVs, etc). House needs a little TLC but overall great house and great experience. Very comfortable beds and great home layout
The home was perfect for our trip and close to town. We did have to sweep the stairs because they were covered in pet hair and our kids found a condom wrapper under a bed. Both small things and would not deter us from renting it again.
I'll start with good. Close to downtown, comfy beds, great bathrooms, great host - always answered me quickly and pleasantly. Lots of space-good sized rooms. It was well stocked. There was quite a bit of room for parking, but we did have 6 cars and had to park one a little far away, but at least we did have a place to park. For the bad. The air conditioner in kitchen was useless, no air conditioner in game/ bedroom. The picture on Vrbo never showed the one bedroom being part of the game room which then we never used for games because guests were sleeping there. No mention that most bedrooms were upstairs, no pictures showed the stairs. The place especially outdoors was more run down than pictures showed. We sat empty pizza boxes on floor for an hour or so the first evening and next morning we had ants which ended up being on all counters and tables, so we couldn't leave things like our donuts on the counter. The fridge took until the morning after we got there to cool down and never got real cold, to be fair we did pack the fridge pretty full.
The host responded promptly to all inquiries. There was actually more available at the house than I thought. There were cans of coffee, spices and though an earlier review reported not enough dishes, I found there to be plenty of dishes, cups and glasses. We were 10 adults and 12 children and all slept comfortably with the beds provided including three trundle beds, 2 sets of bunk beds as the other kings and queens.. I guess my one wish would have been that the back yard was gated as there was nowhere to leave my dog outside without having to be there. Loved the projection TV, like watching a movie at a small theater. A great time was had by all and was big enough that when we made lunch for the rest of the family that came up from Grand Junction there was plenty of room for all 32 of us. The backyard was great for the karaoke machine as it kept all the sound contained. Awesome-awesome awesome!!!
Great place for multiple people - plenty of space to spread out and then a great area for hosting all in the kitchen. Fun and funky with close proximity to town.
We enjoyed our stay. Defiantly an interesting set up.I should have paid more attention that it was all concrete as It was a little difficult with the little one that only crawled. Very close to town and the swimming pool, that was very nice.
Host was great, house was very clean, location was very convenient. House has a unique layout that made it challenging for our group to hang out together as there are are really only two indoor common areas and one of those has four of the beds within it. Some appointments were also lacking, for example only 8 forks were provided.
Beautiful and absolutely perfect for a large group. Comfortable and plenty of room. Awesome kitchen and dinning, fun games, and the views!!! We will be back for sure. Great communication and great service.

Nice location, Great family room
We liked the location (walkable to main street) and loved the family room with the projector TV. The bedroom layouts were challenging for us as there was limited privacy in all but 2 of the bedrooms.
Our family loved it. The house and grounds could use a little TLC but overall a great experience. The sleeping arrangement was a little weird with the two double beds in the same bedroom but we managed, being a close family unit. The location close to town was a plus. Back patio/"yard" was really nice too.
Beautiful property with excellent amenities. Well kept and maintained, clean and secure. Easy communication with host. Parking is tricky with multiple vehicles. Highly recommend.
We had a great time with 14 adults at this VRBO. The sleeping situation is a bit communal (two double/queen beds in one room, lots of bunkbeds), but that was fine for two nights. The kitchen was great and all of the outdoor patio spaces were lovely. It's just a few blocks from downtown Glenwood and a short walk to the Hot Springs. The host was super communicative anytime we had a question. Overall, it was a great stay!
