This is a wonderful apartment located in the heart of Glenwood Springs in a historical building. The place is within 1-5 minutes walking distance to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Pool, Glenwood Adventure Company, Amtrak Train Station, Vapor Caves, and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. The unit is Ideally located in downtown Glenwood Springs and is close to shopping, restaurants, and parks. We are located over Outdoor Adventure Company where you can make reservations for excursion and rent bikes or skies. Staying here you can easily walk to the most popular restaurants, activities and shops Glenwood has to offer!

This unit is very private with only one other unit on the property which is also another VRBO.

The apartment was beautiful and very large, with a lovely kitchen we frequently cooked in. The location and proximity to local attractions was great. I'm 100% looking to come back to this place next time I'm in Glenwood Springs!

Great spot for everything in town!

This place couldn’t have been in a more perfect location. We parked our car in town by the apartment and didn’t have to move it for our two day stay because we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The bed was super comfortable and the place was very clean. This is a great spot for your Glenwood Springs getaway!

The check in process was easy and painless! Super close to all the downtown restaurants and the hot springs. The biggest drawback was the parking. It’s street parking only unless you want to park in a garage down the block, but I definitely wouldn’t trust that situation.

Don't stay here !! very noisy!

the property is adjacent to a bar and restaurants. they empty their recycling at 2-3 in the morning each night and are unbelievably and rudely loud. didn’t sleep at all.

A quiet New Year: Just the way we like it.

Beautifully furnished apartment, very comfortable for the two of us. Easy walk to the big Hot Spring in town, but we found the Iron Mountain Hot Springs more relaxing. Nordic skiing is free in Carbondale and Aspen. Re: parking- we found it pretty easy to park overnight on the street. Re: the bars- even on New Year's eve, they were but distant background noise. The 25 steps are 25 steps- but once upstairs, it was a great place to relax.

Amazingly Helpful and Kind

My girlfriend and I booked this unit to spend an overnight before moving on to Aspen. Firstly, the place is perfectly decorated, very clean and tidy, and in an excellent part of town. But what made me want to write this review was the amazing help Debra and her housekeeper provided us with. Due to some unexpected delays skiing, we were unable to check out at our original time. Debra was immediately available by phone and was extremely accommodating about everything. She even went so far as to help us walk our dog! It was one of the kindest things we’ve experienced in years, and Debra was so friendly throughout. She saved our day, and we’re planning to stay here whenever we’re next in Glenwood Springs!

Heart of the Town

Quite literally, this Vrbo is located in the beating heart in Glenwood Springs! We had such a blast being able to visit all the local restaurants and even got to see some live bands! It’s in a super convenient spot and parking is easy enough too. But having everything in walking distance was a super great plus! As someone had mentioned in another review, you are RIGHT next to a bar. With the window AC units, there’s not much noise blocking and the bar happens to be open and playing music until about 2 a.m. so if you are a light sleeper, we recommend keeping the ac unit on and wearing earplugs. The only other thing is if you get headaches easily, it’s probably better to bring your own pillow, the ones provided are really nice, but a little too fluffy for my husband and I. The sheets were SO soft!! We also enjoyed the convenience of cooking and using the fridge/freezer as well! Overall it was a super great stay! Thank you so much!!

Every review talks about the location and they are absolutely correct. We walked everywhere- to breakfast, to dinner , to the hot springs, the historical museum, to Linwood Cemetery where Doc Holiday is buried. The Fairy Caves and Iron Mtn hot springs are a short drive away.The apartment is cozy, clean and cute. The kitchen is well stocked w pots, pans, dishes and spices. Loved the building w the higher ceilings and tall windows. Only downside is the alley where trash is picked up from the many nearby restaurants happens at least 3 times a week and they’re right off the bedroom BUT that’s why I always carry earplugs!We live just up- valley from Glenwood and chose this place bc of it close proximity to the hospital where my husband was having treatments. Have only gone to the hot springs in the past but this is definitely a staycation for those visiting.

This property was a great place to stay for the week. We could easily walk to dinner and shopping. We loved having a laundry after doing several days of hiking. It was clean and provided everything plus more. Host had a fan, extra beach towels, and games. It’s those small touches that mean a lot to travelers. Note: Alley and street can be noisy. Several days it was 6:15AM when trash and delivery trucks were outside.

We booked our stay for the entire month of February.The one bedroom apartment in downtown Glenwood was very comfortable and convienient to restaurants and the Hotsprings[walking distance]. Dealing with the property manager and owners was great.They were very helpful in responding to any questions we had.We highly recommend this property.
